For those looking for a top agency that knows how to deal with their clients, listen to them and I would even say simply be there for them... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KFH! Particularly the Blackheath one for having also been to the Canada Water one which was also good. We had problems with our owner towards the end because she had to sell her apartment and therefore we moved into this one that we were renting... The Blackheath agency was still super efficient. And by going there, they managed to get us three visits in the same afternoon (apartment according to our criteria, etc.)... And here we are in our new apartment. Honestly, when I arrived in England, if I had known sooner, I would have found an apartment in less than a month. FAST EFFICIENT... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT ONCE AGAIN!!!! :D

After using another agent and talking to a number who all gave the same speil, Kate Manocheo at KFH Blackheath totally differentiated herself by being realistic, open, honest and very quick to turn around the sale of my property. From initial inspection through to the property appearing on the market, was taken care off in less than a week. Despite the market being slow the property was under offer in a reasonable 6 weeks and the sale completed in 5 weeks to a cash buyer who had been looking with them since the start of the year. As they work closely with the buyers, they are able to better understand their needs whilst not low balling vendors. I needed a very quick sale but at no time did I feel that they used that to their advantage and achieved a very fair price given the current market conditions. Highly recommended, good old fashioned service in this modern day and age!

Happy Buyer Kate and Patricia on the sales team and Imran and Georgina on the mortgage team were a pleasure to deal with, always available, approachable and responsive. Regarding the purchase, we needed appointments to view the property at unusual times at short notice, and we raised numerous tedious enquired: KFH would always accommodate. Additionally we (or our representative) benefited from the continuity of only speaking with Kate or Patricia (who would cover for each other as necessary). Overall we feel that we received good advice and honest information and would look at KFH first if/when we plan to sell.

KFH could not have done anything more to ensure that this rental went through smoothly. It was a complicated situation, a shared rental for my son and daughter who are students and a friend of theirs who is in employment, with me as guarantor. Communication was excellent and the documentation, delivered to each participant electronically, was very clear with the added benefit of being able to be signed electronically as well. KFH set out each of the steps clearly and ensured that each stage was completed in time. They also set out the exact amount and timing of the up-front payments such as the holding and security deposits, contract fee etc. right from the beginning and this allowed us to plan our finances with certainty. Also, they are all very nice people!

We didn't use KFH when we first tried to sell the house but once we changed to them things definitely changed .... firstly about 4 of the team came out to see our house so they were all familiar with it to promote it to potential buyers, secondly they seemed to know their client database details very well so they targeted buyers for viewings, thirdly they followed up potential buyers very quickly, gave us feedback quickly, returned our calls and emails quickly, as and when necessary (just what you should expect but doesn't always happen) and also appeared to communicate well amongst each other ... all up to speed on any questions we had. The office based staff were utterly charming too either on the phone or when we called in. Their charges aren't very competitive but we decided that you 'get what you pay for!' We would recommend KFH to sell your house. Very professional service

Terrible company to use if you're renting. The staff are very sly in their way of contradicting what a landlord implements (verbally over a phone) only to go back on themselves at a later date. BE VERY WARY AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!
