GoogleHandled my sale professionally and courteously at all times, the viewings were managed with minimal inconvenience and excellent communication at all times. Once an offer was accepted KFH really came into their own managing the process from start to finish to finalise the transaction. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

GoogleWe recently completed on a property purchase with the support of KFH. The transaction was mainly driven by Priyesh Barot from KFH. Priyesh provided us with a high standard and professional service from start to finish, including: identifying the property, managing correspondence with the Vendors prior to exchange/completion and handling post-sale ‘fitting’ purchases. I would thoroughly recommend KFH to any prospective purchasers. We intend to remain with KFH for any future transactions.

GoogleDuring what has been the most worrying and stressful time for all Shelley and the Letting's team at KFH Blackheath have been amazing. They have kept me informed at all times and totally professional - at the same time I felt as is they were totally tuned to our individual needs as a family. Cannot recommend them high enough and when it is time to move again I will know where to go! Thank you.

GoogleReally spot on from Marta and Jasmine in the Blackheath lettings department. Second property was perfect. They knew what I wanted after my first briefing and found it for me very professionally and helped me get it at a fair price. Would encourage prospective tenants use this estate agency. It’s not the first time I have rented through them and they are among the best on the high street.

GoogleI do have a link to KFH as I used to run block management many moons ago but very recently I relet a flat through KFH Blackheath lettings office and the staff were wonderful, knowledgable and acted so quickly to re-let it and the manager, Shelley Matczak, was so helpful, professional and went beyond her duties by arranging curtains and being at the flat when the new sofa bed arrived as I was away on holiday! A great experience from a great team!
