GoogleSam recently helped me urgently find a suitable apartment and was very supportive and reassuring through the whole process which counts for a lot being that house hunting and moving can in general be a somewhat stressful experience. The office have so far been very helpful, not least when they immediately came to my rescue when I recently locked myself out of my flat!

GoogleWe have contracted multiple agencies for the sale of our flat. KFH worked the hardest of all and had a competitive rate. Even when the first sale fell through (due to the buyer's mortgage not being approved), KFH put even more effort and sold the property. The communication was good throughout the process, all agents were professional and knowledgable. Thank you KFH staff!

From the first conversation with Shelley about possibly letting our flat, to the fantastic service we had from Kaan in dealing with viewings, keeping us informed, and sorting out all the queries etc from our new tenants, they have been incredible and I can't rate them highly enough. Would definitely use them again

He was dependable and informative and ultimately helped to solve a difficult situation and turned it around so that I had repossession of my flat! I would highly recommend him as an agent!

GoogleProfessional and proactive - we engaged KFH to sell our home after a bad run of luck with collapsed sales the previous year. The sales team were proactive, professional, and curteous. In the end our previous agent clinched the deal with sale for us, but I have every confidence KFH would have done the job sooner or later.
