He’s very prompt with replying to emails, he has passed on our questions to the landlord without delay and has been efficient in sending through all relevant documents. GoogleOne word: TIFFANY!! Every time I called this office, everyone was great! Customer services was always top tier as everyone is so welcoming. I was in the market for a new property to let and was in touch with Tiffany Akoto. She is an absolute legend and amazing at what she does. From the onset, we let her know what we wanted and she kept it in the back of her mind and only showed us properties that were exactly to our standards. Within the space of 24hrs, she found us the most amazing and perfect place and we were able to put an offer in for a new place to let. Her level of professionalism whilst remaining personable is unmatched! I would definitely recommend her and everyone at this branch. Top 2! For a bit of background we put our flat on the market with another agency last year and in the 12 weeks we had it up with them we had one viewing. We switched to KFH and within 3 days they had new photos taken which made the flat look fantastic. We had around 20 viewings with in the first 8 weeks. When we had an offer accepted Amy navigated us through the process until completion. She was professional and always responded to emails and calls quickly. KFH do charge a fair bit more to some other agencies but I think it was worth it.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe have a house in Sydenham that's divided into two flats and both sets of tenants moved out at the end of 2020. We had been using a different property agent, but decided to switch to KFH in Crystal Palace, partly because their management fees are much more reasonable. Jesse and Kyle handled the lettings and we could not have been happier. They were efficient, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. We now have two really good sets of tenants installed and the whole process was remarkably smooth. Full marks to an excellent team!
