GoogleWhat an amazing experience with KFH Crystal Palace and Siân! We've had a drawn out process of buying, beyond the control of everyone. Throughout the whole process, Siân has been incredible, from the initial viewings where she was approachable and honest, to the back and forth of the last 6 months or so. Siân would also liaise with the vendor with any questions we had, unlike other agents. After our experience, it's clear why KFH are market leaders, and we can't thank them or Siân enough!

GoogleHad a really positive, quite joyful, experience buying our first house with Siân at this branch of KFH. She was so lovely to deal with from start to finish and that definitely lifted some of the stress. Unlike some experiences we have had looking for a home in London, we felt like she really cared about us. At the viewing, she spent lots of time with us to properly look at the house and answered all of our many questions. She took time to explain and demystify the buying process, and passed on all our queries to the sellers promptly and with no issues, getting back to us really quickly. Thanks Siân!

GoogleI had a positive experience with this KFH branch. My property was located out of their catchment area (Thornton Heath) but they were still keen to take it on. Selling and buying is generally stressful but the team here earned their fee in being on top of the chain and able to answer all of my questions very quickly at every stage. Even when the chain looked impossible the team (Amy supported by Tyrone) gave me confidence that it was progressing at the right pace. We also were able to beat the stamp duty holiday so that was a result. All in all a great team effort. Thanks all.
