GoogleOutstanding service from Trenae Anderson who absolutely went above and beyond to enable our purchase which was part of a complex chain and process. Trenae was helpful, responsive, supportive and reliable - all with a smile! Highly recommend.

GoogleWe were very happy with the service we received from KFH in Crystal Palace. The agent, Fatos Rustem, was terrific. We had a great feeling about her the minute we met her. Unlike some agents we never felt like we were being given the hard sell. She always came across as very professional, friendly and honest. Qualities that were so important when making the biggest purchase of our lives.

GoogleWe are a family that's recently relocated from HK to the UK with kids and a dog. Frankly, it was tough to find a place here in London. We were lucky to come across KFH and Shareen, who was extremely helpful in spending time with us and finding us a lovely place. We had some specific requirements in the rental place that Shareen really worked hard to get us. We are extremely pleased and strongly recommend KFH and Shareen

GoogleFive stars well earned for the team at KFH Estate Agency. From the start, they provided exemplary service - prompt, professional and accommodating. The team was responsive to any concerns or queries, which made the whole tenancy period smoother. Their clear and consistent communication also stood out. Thank you KFH Estate Agency for the positive experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hassle-free rental experience.

GoogleCan wholeheartedly recommend Tyrone, Mo and the team. They helped us sell our house during a wobbly time in the market but remained patient and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I were selling or buying a property!

GoogleExtremely disappointed with all the time wasted dealing with this estate scamming agency! The only thing important to them are, getting viewings and scamming innocent people out of money with no real intention of offering you the property. DO NOT pay a holding deposit! They will take your money, leave you on hold and gas light you. I learnt my lesson BIG TIME as a first time renter. Beware! I wish I could give it -1 star rating.NegativeQuality

GoogleFound KFH to be the best estate agents in terms of all of their correspondence (the right balance of contact!) and their team. I dealt with Sian who was great at sending us suitable properties and being flexiable with viewings. Would highly recommend them.

GoogleTanyel at KFH was so brilliant and helpful in our property search. She listened to exactly what we wanted and really guided us through the process, patiently working around busy diaries. She’s so nice and a pleasure to speak to - really feel like she wanted the best for us. We would definitely sell the property with her after this experience (but hopefully not for a while…!).

GoogleWe are very pleased with everything that KFH has helped us with to date. It is worth mentioning that it wouldn't be the same if it wasn't for Shareen who has made it a very positive experience. She's such a lovely person - polite, friendly and with good work etiquette. She's genuinely trying her very best to fulfil all your requirements. You can tell she's got a lot of expertise in the field. She's a pro!
