GoogleCouldn’t fault any of the team when they sold my flat. The manager Siobhan was very professional and guided me through the whole process. Anca sold the property and always kept me up to date every week. Michaela was also great and there to help.

GoogleWe've had such a wonderful experience at KFH Sydenham, Courtney Earley Marla and Chloe Leachman went over and above to make sure all our questions were answered and to provide us with the best experience in a typically stressful situation of trying to find a new rental. We found all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and noticeably more professional than other letting agents we've worked with in the past. They were organised and responsive, which makes all the difference in the letting process. KFH will be our go to for our next property needs. Thank guys!

GoogleKFH worked tirelessly to sell a house in the most challenging of environments. Falling house prices, high inflation, high interest rates, the cost of living crisis and planning permission granted to build opposite the property created the perfect storm. We had many viewings and each time I was updated with valuable and honest feedback, this helped me to target specific areas and to improve until we found a buyer. I cannot fault the team at KFH and thank you to everyone who contributed. Siobhan Webster told me “we will sell your house for you” she said it in a such a way that I believed her. I clung to those words, for personal reasons I had a cut-off date with catastrophic consequences. Lastly a special thank you to Toby Harris, he went above and beyond and persevered liaising with Solicitors and other Estate Agents in the chain, he helped bring it all together, I never expected this level of service. He defended areas where perhaps I may have had to spend more whilst maintaining the buyer’s interest, he is a very professional and likable person with exceptional communication skills. Thanks again to all at KFH and in particular Siobhan and Toby, you were my saviour!

GoogleRecently sold my 2 bedroom house in Penge through KFH Sydenham. They had sold other properties on the same road, so felt a safe bet they would be successful on mine. Siobhan was spot on with the value and they achieved the price they thought they would get. Toby was great with liaising with both myself and the tenants over viewings etc and did a great job keeping me updated progressing the sale. Would highly recommend.

I've used them for around 9 years now, for their letting services, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I've had 4 changes in tenants now, and each time, Courtney Earley Marla and the team have made what could otherwise feel like a headache or a hassle the simplest, hassle-free, most professional, friendly and efficient experience ever. Their customer service is outstanding, from response times to explaining everything so clearly and simply, and creating a friendly rapport with clients. Moreover, their ability to quickly secure new tenants is always impressive - with the property on the market and multiple offers received in a few days of notifying them. I highly recommend them, without hesitation. 100% 5 star ratings. Additional thanks to Fiona Johnson and Giona Bare who were also excellent this last time I used their services.

GoogleWe had an amazing experience with the team at KFH Sydenham. For various reasons our original sale fell through so when we decided to go back on the market we chose KFH as the team were extremely professional and honest with us. Lewis and Siobhan were on hand to steer us through our first sale which unfortunately fell through due to our onward purchase pulling out. We decided to come off the market again (newborn chaos) but chose KFH again this January. Long story short, we sold and completed on our sale after only 8 weeks! Toby Harris was amazing and guided the sale seamlessly. We honestly can’t recommend the team enough and wish we’d chosen them when we first went on the market.

Anca and Toby worked incredibly hard in a very difficult time to sell to get a large amount of potential buyers through the door and also showed us properties that were exactly right for out needs. Toby was amazing towards the end when we thought the buyers were getting cold feet, ensuring all parties were happy, negotiating extra surveys etc... and ensuring the sale got done. Also very nice people. Highly recommended.

GoogleRecently rented a house in Sydenham through KFH and what amazing support I received; the team comprising of Kerri, Fiona and Molly worked tirelessly to ensure we found the right tenants, forever going out of their way, checking and double checking every minute detail. I was constantly updated, kept abreast of all the changes to the laws for private landlords, enlightening conversations on the best ways to achieve a successful tenancy.I felt that I was always in the safe hands of extremely knowledgeable people. GoogleAfter months of difficulties with another agent, we decided to use KFH as they were selling the house we had made an offer on. Can’t give them enough praise, as they found us 2 offers within weeks of putting our property on the market with them. Particularly Toby and Siobhan, are so knowledgable and know the processes from start to finish. They made it easier and less stressful. The communication between them and the solicitors was also brilliant. Will use them again

GoogleHaving met and interviewed several estate agents in the area, I was certain KFH’s Courtney Earley Marla, was the right choice. As with all the other agents, Courtney appeared knowledgeable about the area and the clientele. However, the distinctive difference was how confidently he spoke about the timescale he could have the property rented and his knowledge of the current rental market. Not one to be easily swayed, I listened carefully to his marketing strategy, which was sound and he had all the stats to prove why his strategy would work. They say ‘the proof is in the pudding’, and Courtney was right. Immediately after listing the property, he had several viewings booked for the one Open Day. Those viewings became offers and within hours, I received a carefully curated list of offers and blurbs from prospective tenants. Left with the task of deciding who to choose, Courtney helpfully called the same night, to talk through each candidate. His input was invaluable and greatly appreciated. His tactful approach was needed in the lead up to the tenants moving date and even after! Courtney has demonstrated in-depth knowledge of his industry, dedication to his company and a willingness to truly serve the clients he works with. So, would I recommend him…? Without a doubt! The whole process was very smooth, and Toby was supportive and kept us updated throughout the process. As first time buyers, it can be a daunting process but Toby and the team were patient and helpful throughout. Five stars all around!

GoogleRang to inquire about a property, heard nothing back at all. I phoned again a few hours later to find out why I'd not received a call back and they said they'd already had offers on it - didn't even have the decency to let me know though. Said they'd email another property in the same building and then they didn't even bother doing that either!! Just rude and fake, only call/email when they think they can make money it seems. I'm a cash buyer but I won't be speaking to them ever again and will be spreading the word - central London estate agents much better than this rubbish!

GoogleWhen purchased our flat we received very efficient and helpful service all the way through. Lewis was so helpful and patient. He showed us round on three occasions. He was always helpful when answering queries and questions and kept us informed all the way through. Other members of the team, including Siobhan, were very helpful too. It was a complicated purchase because of its particular circumstances, but everyone did their utmost to keep us calm and and to guide us through efficiently. We are so delighted with how things went.
