Siobhan, Anca, Toby and the team at KFH Sydenham sold our house recently and did a fantastic job. They were very patient and professional with us as we initially decided it wasn’t the right time to sell, and we didn’t hesitate to go back to them when we were ready. They did an impressive job, managing viewings in a minimally disruptive way, achieving multiple offers very quickly and managing the negotiation and sale processes very effectively, and we completed with no issues within eight weeks. They went above and beyond to help us with lots of smaller practicalities too. They are knowledgable, effective and very pleasant and nice people to deal with too.

Over the weekend, Christopher went above and beyond for us in arranging viewings. Another local agent had let us down by forgetting we’d booked a viewing on Saturday so we went into KfH where Chris went immediately went into solution funding mode. He phoned tenants and politely agreed to get us in for a viewing that same day. Result! Finally, he was knowledgable about the property itself and respectful without any hint of being pushy. We were extremely impressed with the support we received from KFH Sydenham when purchasing our new home. From the first viewing through to completion, Rosie helped us navigate the process. What really stood out was the support we received with the sale of our own property when our original buyer unexpectedly pulled out just before exchange. At that point, KFH were incredibly proactive and practical, even though another estate agent was selling our house. A special thank you goes to Taylor and Chardonnay in the Forest Hill branch, who were great at finding more well-matched buyers for our home than the original agent. Rosie and Siobhan at Sydenham were incredibly supportive throughout and helped keep everything moving during a very stressful period. Although our original agent eventually secured the sale, we wouldn't have got to where we did without the combined support of these teams. We’re so happy to have finally secured the house we wanted.

We have been blown away by the level of service of every single member of staff that work at the KFH branches in Sydenham and Beckenham. The level of professionalism and the fact they actually call you back ASAP whenever there is no one avaliable to take the call is a bonus. Special shout out to Saeed Marghoob, to hear he's been with the business only a few months shows how decicated and through he is. He had what me and my partner thought was a difficult task on his hands, to be able to find us a property that matched majority of our wants and needs, and also be moved in all within approximently 17 days. The fact that this guy achieved all this and the level of communication he showed throughout has been incredible. He is an absolute Gem to KFH and we can only hope he is recognised for his hard work and determination as we have moved into a property we adore and feel very supported by KFH staff. Especially Saeed Marghoob. Please do not leave KFH as will be asking for yourself if and when we move again in future. As i said to him personally if i could award him a medal i would 😂.
