Rang to inquire about a property, heard nothing back at all. I phoned again a few hours later to find out why I'd not received a call back and they said they'd already had offers on it - didn't even have the decency to let me know though. Said they'd email another property in the same building and then they didn't even bother doing that either!! Just rude and fake, only call/email when they think they can make money it seems. I'm a cash buyer but I won't be speaking to them ever again and will be spreading the word - central London estate agents much better than this rubbish!

When purchased our flat we received very efficient and helpful service all the way through. Lewis was so helpful and patient. He showed us round on three occasions. Hungry, cold and tired, we walked into the KFH office near Forest hill station after about 2 hours popping in and out of estate agent offices and felt immediately at home. Paul Johnson attended to us and was welcoming and courteous. Newly arrived in the UK as writers he was not dismissive like the other agents we had encountered at other companies. He took time to explain how the process works and told us about a new property that had just popped up Paul would alternate with Fiona Johnson and Courtney Earley, all of whom made a super team. We were sorted and moved into our flat in less than 1 week. Thank you Paul, Fiona and Courtney. My partner and I have no hesitation in recommending KFH.

I was extremely nervous about selling my home, however from the moment Siobhan visited to value my home I felt reassured. Siobhan clearly explained the valuation and the process. Everything is done online which saved multiple printing attempts and visits to the office. The system is very user friendly and efficient. Kate was absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help make the process smooth. She communicated effectively and efficiently and made the process a lot less stressful that anticipated. Ashley has a very calming presence and that helps when being in the middle of a chain! KFH were the estate agents for our sellers and Ashley and the team regularly kept us up to date on progress - even progress on our buyer!
