GoogleWe were recently lucky enough to buy our first home through Lewis at KFH Sydenham. From the moment I rang the office to book a viewing, right through to completion, the guidance, support and communication from Lewis was second to none. This took a huge amount of the stress out of the process and I can't recommend Lewis and the team at KFH Sydenham enough.

Have bought and sold several houses in the past with different agents and this was a really positive experience. Would recommend.

GoogleFive Star Service We recently sold our 2 bedroom flat in Sydenham with KFH. Lewis, Siobhan and the team were excellent throughout the process. In an ever changing market, I would highly recommend KFH Sydenham to offer expert advice and get the job done. Selling can be a really stressful process, but the support that KFH offered was just what we needed.

GoogleI dealt with Toby who was absolutely brilliant and also Siobhan who was too. Cannot recommended them highly enough. I was registered with all agents in se26, se23, se20, se4, se26 and se19 and Toby and Siobhan were head and shoulders above them all. They were the most professional, informative and friendly agents by far. Thank you.

Siobhan really took the time to consider the best marketing plan for our property and Lewis and team did a great job executing. Communication was excellent the whole time and they assisted getting the sale through in 11 weeks. Highly recommended and would definitley use again.

GoogleKFH were really fantastic in our purchase. Anca and Toby gave us great advice on how to navigate a challenging chain, and without their efficiency it wouldn't have been possible. Toby particularly was always keeping everyone in the loop and chasing when necessary to make sure we secure the property, and that really was what made it happen in the end. Very grateful!

GoogleWe were buyers of a flat via KFH Sydenham. Kate and Siobhan were both helpful, and when we had a few wrinkles, they helped iron them out and we managed to get a fast completion over the line. We had a couple of queries post-completion, and KFH were still willing to help us quickly, which was appreciated. Would recommend to vendors in the area looking to sell.

Her patience, and people skills are outstanding, and she went above and beyond to help me secure the sale, in a long winded and complicated set of circumstances. Every other point of contact at KFH Sydenham has also been excellent and professional at all times. I would definitely recommend and sell via KFH moving forward.
