GoogleI had a viewing of a property the lady estate agent met me and my daughter at the property. She greeted us with a smile and invited us into the property. Once inside looking around the rooms she didn't try rushing us let us look around and was able to answer questions that arose just by looking around. I was impressed with the property I put an offer for it. I phoned the lady estate agent who put it to the vendor which was uncertain whether to except my offer. The lady estate agent work hard with the vendor to get my offer excepted and kept me informed how the sale was progressing. I was pleasantly surprised by the effort she put in for me to get the house which I hope will me my home for many years to come. Many thanks kyra a real asset to khf. GoogleSonny at the Lee office did a fantastic job of quickly and efficiently finding me a suitable flat and was flexible during the day on a Saturday (+ at short notice, called an enquiry in from letting board) to show me multiple flats of varying price ranges to find something suitable. He's also always quick to respond to emails or calls with questions & queries. The whole process has been smooth and professionally co-ordinated. Thoroughly recommend if you're looking for a flat in south east London.

GoogleMost of us when choosing an estate agent think about and question how well will they market the property and what is the level of the commission. With the internet now so dominate in terms of property searching many will decide that a traditional agent is unnecessary. I disagree; yes a good agent gets viewings but where they really come into their own is not attracting bids but making bids stick and seeing the process through. Sales are falling through like never before at the moment and in this regard I found KFH in Lee truly excellent. They managed the sales process superbly, keeping on top of all the documentation, managing timeframes, communicating frequently and chasing down lazy lawyers. GoogleOverall, we've had a very positive experience selling our home with KFH in Lee. The team as a whole are professional, responsive, work hard and really seem to care about their clients' experience. They achieved a high level of viewings for us. Even when we experienced some practical issues when we first went on the market, KFH worked hard to resolve them for us. Jonathan in particular gave us excellent support. Jonathan listens to his clients, respects their circumstances and works with perseverance and persistence to get you to the point of contract exchange. GoogleKFH has been very professional when saling my house. It was a particular situation, very difficult to deal with ex-partner, every single decision was a nightmare but these guys (Tate and Ramsey) have overcome all difficulties. In the end the house was sold with a very good price above far above the actual market price. Well done guys for your professionalism.

GoogleWe had a very pleasant experience with this estate agent. Our point of contact, Sarah Gillet, was very professional and knowledgeable about the properties in the area. She kept us updated on what was new on the market on a regular basis and devoted time in fully understanding what are requirements were.
