Even though in the end we found a house with a different agency, she has always presented all new properties on the market and has always called to check with us. GoogleI rang with the simple question of "Do you do probate valuations?" I could not get a straightforward answer. The employee, who had refrained from giving her name, wanted to know my property details, whether I intended selling through them, which road the property was in? On asking again "Do you do probate valuations?" I was still unable to get a straight forward reply. Wouldn't use them for anything after this. As if dealing with Probate isn't upsetting enough.

GoogleWhen I was moving into my new flat, Jenna showed around and was very helpful, chatty and charming. She put me right at ease and made it enjoyable. Throughout the process of actually putting the offer in, signing the contracts etc she was always quick to answer a question or keep us in the loop with a status update. I'd give her 6 stars if I could, she's great!

GoogleDon't have customer services. We rented with KFH and we found the property with mold, fridge with fungus, rubbish inthe garden, and no one gave us a solution. After one week we are still waiting to remove the furniture to organise our own furniture and rubbish is still here. Photos as prove

GoogleKFH (Lee Green) were great. I needed to rent my flat out quickly and after contacting KFH there were viewings after 3 days and the tenant signed and moved in within 10 days. They understood my requirements; communications were good and the process was smooth - majority of it done on-line. I'd recommend them either for finding your next tenant or finding your next home - be it permanent or temporary

GoogleI visited Lee to explore the area as a potential buyer and accidentally met Sarah at Kinleigh Folkard. In a few hours, she arranged 6 viewings for me and she has not only drove me to the properties but also gave me a lot of tips about the neighbourhood, including nice restaurants. Overall I was very impressed by the professionalism, knowledge and expertise of the service she offered. Highly recommended!

GoogleAbsolutely horrible experience renting a property from this KFH branch. Not only was the apartment worn-down and came with countless issues, but our property managers changed continously during the course of our 2 year tenancy. I would advise any potential tenants to stay away and avoid wherever possible.
