I’m giving Micah Roye five stars for the outstanding support and assistance I received during the process of renting my studio. Micah Roye and Elliot Swaby have both shown exceptional attention, communication and commitment to helping my young son and I with our housing. It felt like an overwhelming situation to begin with and as a younger woman I thought I wasn’t going to get taken seriously, but as soon as we went into the Lee branch I felt instantly reassured and put at ease by the two of them. We arrived only 5 minutes before they were due to close so I was expecting to be a little rushed but it wasn’t the case at all, I felt taken seriously and listened to, which made me trust that they cared and wanted to help.
