GoogleWe recently purchased a house through KFH estate agency and the whole process went very smoothly. Mel was fantastic throughout, she stayed on top of everything, kept us informed at every step and made sure to chase up any outstanding matters so that everything worked out for us. A big thank you also to Edgar, who was very patient and showed us many properties before we finalised our purchase. We really appreciate their professionalism and support and would highly recommend KFH (and the team in particular) to anyone buying a home.

GoogleWe rented through KFH. At all times they were helpful, professional and efficient. More- they were always there when we needed them to be, and if they say they are going to do something, they will do it. Any questions we had were answered promptly and the whole process was done in a practised manner by a team very much on the ball. We would recommend KFH without reservation.

GoogleMicah Roye and Elliot Swaby have both shown exceptional attention, communication and commitment to helping my young son and I with our housing. It felt like an overwhelming situation to begin with and as a younger woman I thought I wasn’t going to get taken seriously, but as soon as we went into the Lee branch I felt instantly reassured and put at ease by the two of them. We arrived only 5 minutes before they were due to close so I was expecting to be a little rushed but it wasn’t the case at all, I felt taken seriously and listened to, which made me trust that they cared and wanted to help. Thanks to the two of them, any feelings of stress and worry subsided instantly to be honest, and our home situation is stable. I can’t thank both of them enough because as a single parent and tenant, you’re not always granted the same respect as others that unconditionally. Thank you Micah and Elliot so much!

GoogleJust started our tenancy a few days ago. We received communication that the move in date might have had to been changed ONE DAY BEFORE moving in, causing a huge amount of stress for me and my housemates as we had arranged lots of moving parts to make the specific date work. This was due to a landlord not completing paperwork. Whilst our agent was very helpful with sorting it, it's still crazy that it got to that point & could have surely been avoided.

GoogleAvoid. I won’t get into the details but our dealing with KFH seemed to include every negative stereotype of estate agents. Poor communication and no trust in what we heard when we did speak. Mel was great picking up our file on the last day before we exchanged. She clearly told us the truth and made clear the fact we had been stalled with lies. When we went to collect the keys to our new house, I had to ask them if they needed to see my ID. Honestly we could have left with the keys after just saying the address to the house. At the end of the day, this is still a service experience and our interaction with this office lacked any idea of that feeling to the customer.
