GoogleWe mostly dealt with Daniel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He talked us through the buying process, as first time buyers, and he really listened to our requests and house spec to help us find our lovely new home. He never rushed us and always made a huge effort to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend him and would use KFH again.

GoogleKFH was absolutely fantastic in helping us to find the right house to let. Sally was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish she really made the whole experience so much easier, so glad we had her throughout the process. So professional, efficient and seemed to really care that we ended up with a house we would be happy in. 5 star experience overall. Absolutely no complaints.

GoogleKinleigh Folkard & Hayward were extremely helpful to work with. I would like to thank Jamie, the estate agent that showed us around a property in Mitcham on 2 occasions. He was very professional, friendly, and willing to help us as best as he could. I would recommend using this estate agency again.

GooglePurchased our home through KFH Tooting and found them very professional compared to several other Estate Agents. The house was dual listed with Purple Bricks and we chose deliberately not to view through them due to a poor experience negotiating on another property. Danielle was brilliant throughout and communicated really well with the vendor getting the outcome we wanted. Recommended.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleVery pleased with my experience using KFH Tooting for the sale of our flat. Have dealt with various agents in past, and they were definitely amongst the best. They offerd very good market / property knowledge, set realistic price expectations, and secured a buyer very quickly. Chloe has been brilliant throughout the selling process, always in the loop, and very pleasant and straight forward to deal with.
