I dealt with Eden Douglas a year ago regarding my flat and he was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure I got the flat of my dreams. I'd highly recommend working with him! Because my LL is selling, I went back to KFH to find my next one. I dealt with Marta this time, unfortunately. She lied about the flat having a tumble dryer then pretended to not remember the conversation. Shame on me for not putting it in writing. KFH is like any business, some good agents and some bad. Lesson learned and I won't be using them again in the future.

When we started our search to find a new flat, I was hesitant about using an estate agent but having worked with Marta, can safely say my faith has been restored. I and my partner had just moved to London and while staying in the hotel we were in the extreme rush to find out the appropriate property for rent within our budget. Fortunately, our temporary staying was some steps from KFH Tooting branch and it was one of the real estate agencies I've popped in with our issue. I was directed to Tiago Bento, young professional that from the very first moment was able to understand our situation and help to sort it out. Already the next day we were viewing the apartments within the list prepared by him and found one special place. All further steps of the process were as smooth and fast as possible. Moreover, being the newcomers to the city, Tiago was helping not just with the issues related to the letting but simultaneously supporting and giving extremely helpful advice regarding logistics, storage facilities and many useful things. I recently purchased my first flat through KFH (I've no experience of them on the letting side of things). Dylan was so helpful throughout the whole experience, very understanding and always had the time to talk to me when i needed anything. The sale took a bit longer than we first anticipated (by no fault of KFH - just one of those things), but Dylan was consistently brilliant throughout the whole experience. Should I decide to sell the property - I would be more than confident in instructing Dylan to do the job! On another note, I viewed a fair few properties with KFH and wanted to also acknowledge Chloe - who made the viewings so easy! Sometimes when you are viewing houses the estate agents can be a bit pushy/annoying/too salesy/glare at you while you look around. Chloe was none of these things, she is super easy to talk to and made me relaxed so I could actually focus on looking round the properties at ease. If you are calling to arrange a viewing - ask for Chloe!

I dealt with a lot of Estate Agents in the past and consistently had the same negative preconception as everyone else. However, Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward in Tooting is the exception to the rule. Eden was solicitous, professional and fully understood my requirements when sourcing the flat of my dreams to rent (unlike other agencies that will just show you anything in the 'hope' you will detect something you approve). I viewed several properties with KFH, and all were relevant. I could not recommend them enough. The best experience I’ve ever had with a letting agency. Our agent Eden was superb from day 1- booking us in to a last minute viewing and following up really promptly afterwards. He has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the whole process, and honestly felt like he had our best interest at heart during our property search. We have never had to chase him or the team at KFH for any important documentation (a far cry from the current agency we are dealing with) and I feel like we will be well supported during our tenancy. If moving again in future I would 100% go back to KFH - the tooting team have done an amazing job!

We came across a house we really loved that was listed with KFH in Tooting, with Daniel being the agent looking after it. Daniel was really easy to get along with, but most importantly, as an intermediary between the sellers and ourselves, he was down-to-earth and honest, and always helpful in his advice. We had employed KFH in Clapham to sell our flat at the same time, but to be honest we much preferred dealing with Daniel than our own agents, even though he wasn't strictly working for us!
