GoogleAfter months of looking for a suitable property to rent and speaking with various agencies, we eventually chose KFH as they were a cut above the rest. Excellent service, easy to communicate with and professional with every step. Kayleigh was an absolute god send. She responded to all of our queries timely, was personable and she went above her normal call of duty to get us in to the property by the date we needed. Highly recommended KFH but especially Kayleigh in particular.

GoogleWe've been full circle with KFH Tooting, having initially bought our property through them back 2014, using them as management agents when we rented the property out for 3 years, before finally using them again when we finally sold up and moved on last year. At every stage, the service received was always professional and the team always personable. A special thanks to Eden Douglas, who was incredibly supportive during the sales process. Eden went above and beyond to keep us informed and updated, and was a calming voice of reason when our nerves got the better of us during a terbulent time in the market. It made what could have been a very stressful time for us bearable.

GoogleGetting the flat ready for new tenants - deciding what needs to be done - and then finding tenants - makes for a slightly stressful time! So, we are very grateful to Ashley and her team at KFH. Not only did Ashley give gentle but clear advice at each stage, but also her encouragement and optimism along the way were most helpful to us. Now, after only six weeks since the former tenants moved out, with complete re-decoration of the flat, new flooring throughout, new curtains hung and various repairs done - all organised by KFH - the new tenants have already moved in! We actually had 4 offers from excellent prospective tenants to choose from within 5 days of the property going on the market! Thank you, KFH!

GoogleWe have recently worked with KFH Tooting on both our sale and the purchase of our onward property. From start to finish, the KFH team have been so friendly and supportive, and I would 100% recommend them as estate agents. Antony came to value our property in November, and was very professional and friendly - none of that pushy sales talk! Once we had made the decision to list a few months later in February, Eden worked really hard to successfully negotiate with our vendors and Daniel did a superb job of finding us good quality and reliable buyers. We had a two week window to get a buyer so that it would work out with our desired purchase property, and the whole team pulled together to get us as many viewings as possible, which resulted in our final offer. Everything worked out despite some bumps in the road, and we believe we owe this to KFH; we will definitely be using them again. A huge thank you to the whole team, but especially Daniel, Eden, and Antony for their tireless efforts and approachability throughout.

GoogleDuring the process of our property sale, we met with many different representatives from a number of estate agents. Antony May (KFH sales branch director) has been by a distance the most effective and professional estate agent representative we have come across. His involvement (at a number of stages during our sale) immediately correlated with substantial progress on our sale being made, despite a number of logistical challenges that others had been struggling with. He is an excellent communicator and listener, he manages expectations openly and fairly, and he clearly takes pride in doing his job to the highest possible standard. On top of everything else Antony is an absolute gentleman and it has been great pleasure working with him. Overall, we are extremely grateful to have had Antony of KFH on our side throughout the process. There’s no doubt in my mind that it would have much harder and taken much longer without him.

GoogleWe used KFH Tooting for the sale of our property recently and i just wanted to say the whole team were an absolute pleasure to deal with at all times. The staff at Tooting were highly professional, polite and friendly at all times. I must give a special mention to Antony May, James and Daniel who were my main contacts through the transaction and they all gave what i would describe as outstanding customer service to us ag all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending KFH Tooting to anyone. We struggled to sell our property through many other agents and went for KFH Tooting because of the number of Sold signs from them in our area and luckliy for us I can see why they are so successful.

Patient, diplomatic and ever-helpful, as well as very experienced. I have no doubt the sale wouldn’t have got through without him. GoogleExcellent letting agency, as they helped me through renting and took time to explain everything for a first time renter. Additionally even after my building was no longer with their company their staff were very friendly, polite and professional in helping with an emergency when I could not contact my landlord or letting agency who made things more complex. The letting agency explained what to do in future situation. I will always recommend KFH to anyone looking to rent!

Without his diligence and expertise, we would not of been able to do this in the timeframes we have. Charles has always been on hand to answer our queries and continually provide updates between us and the sellers which has meant our purchase has been much less stressful. GoogleI couldn't be happier with the service I've received from all at KFH Tooting. I met several estate agents before I met Martin Worrall at KFH and I trusted him immediately. There was no pressure, he was a calming presence, offered a competitive rate against other agents, as well as a clear outline on next steps. KFH have a slick process, are good at setting and managing expectations. Thanks to the teams efficiency and relationship building we had a sale within a week. Daniel Todd has guided us through the whole process, he has been amazing throughout, he's calm, organised, and responsive. It's been so helpful to have him to call on throughout. He's always available for calls, or he returns calls quickly, and is always affable and gives considered, experienced advice. He can be relied on to be an intermediary in a process which involves many parties and high stakes, when he says he'll do something he does it without having to be reminded.

GoogleWe first contacted KFH on 3 September to view a property near our house. Within a few hours we had arranged a viewing with Martin and a valuation on our house with Antony that day. By 7 September we had our offer accepted on the house and our house on the market for sale. We accepted an offer on our house on 22 September. Martin was fantastic throughout this process and was a very calm and thoughtful head in what was a very hectic period. We have been amazed at the professionalism, drive and engagement by members of the KFH team in selling our property (thanks go especially to Gem, Charles and Daniel). We were particularly impressed by the fact that KFH had managed to secure 8 viewings on our house before photos were taken of our house and the particulars put online. We've also used the KFH conveyancing service (Joanne at Londonwide Conveyancing) who have been equally great and very responsive to all our emails and queries. GoogleOlivier was a great agent. Very professional and has great communication skills keeping me updated with every step of trying to rent a place. He has empathy, which I find lacking massively in many agents I've had to deal with in other companies. I cannot emphasize how important that quality is to someone trying to find a suitable home in this crazy inflated market of housing. Even though we did not end up renting with them due to time issues I would highly recommend this office for rentals.
