Google**** Updated July 2025****
We have been using KFH as our agent to let out our property and manage it for the last two years and have been very satisfied with their availability and service. Particularly, with the recent change in tenancy, we have been working with Danica Macnab & Edoardo Secondi who have been extremely helpful in finding us suitable tenants for the property and sorting out the paperwork involved efficiently. Also, we have had the pleasure of working with Nick Thomson from KFH property management services who has helped us a lot with fixing up the property in time for the new tenants moving in.
*****************************
We recently listed our property for rent with KFH queens park office. We have been working with Kelly who is extremely knowledgeable, patient with our umpteen questions. She was very understanding with our requirements and tight time lines. She is very helpful, easy to approach and not pushy at all which we found really refreshing. She delivered an amazing result within a very short period of time and went above and beyond in helping us sort out everything as a new landlord. Ebony in the lettings team worked on showing our property to prospective tenants. She really understands what the tenant and landlord wants and found the right match for us almost instantaneously.
We highly recommend both of them if considering renting out your place.

GoogleAbsolutely amazing ! Danica Macnab and Edoardo Secondi have been the best allies, professionals and support for us throughout this tenancy process. If you are looking for someone holding your hand, explaining you everything, going above and beyond for you - you can go to them blindly - no doubt you are in the best hands.
We have met with other agencies before making our choice and from day 1 they have been so professional and available.
We trust them with our home being let, and cannot recommend this team enough.
They are the definition of what excellence and tailored service means.

GoogleI had an amazing experience with KFH Queen’s Park, and I have to thank Ebony for that. She is the best agent I've ever met so far, extremely professional, always on top of things and very kind. Her support has been vital, and I'm so glad she helped me to find my dream flat! I felt really taken care of during the entire process, she's been great. I would highly recommend KFH, particularly Ebony!

GoogleFrom the moment we got in contact with KFH the service we received was first class! Kelly Duffy answered the phone and we knew we were in good hands. She listened to our needs and explained everything with such ease. Her responsiveness was like no other and she really made us feel like she cared. Kelly was proactive and went above and beyond to find what we were looking for.
She is an absolute asset to any company and KFH are lucky to have her onboard because she offers quality over quantity and is a true breath of fresh air! It was an experience no other company has provided thus far and I just wanted to let everyone know that if you are looking for a property KFH is who you need to get in touch with, and if Kelly answers your call, even better! Make the call! You won't regret it😁PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI've used many estate agents in West Hampstead over the years and I have to say I've had the best experience with KFH. Rebecca and Kelly go out of their way to help. My property went under offer in a matter of hours. KFH processes are very straight forward and Rebecca and Kelly were always available to help with any questions. I've never worked with a more professional and transparent estate agent. Don't bother going anywhere else.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have completed on purchasing our first flat and Agamemnon Apostolou was instrumental in the process. He is highly skilled at managing both sides of the party as well is orchestrating the entire process with solicitors, who could be extremely difficult or slow at times. We want to thank him for his patience and his relentlessness, as withouth that we wouldn’t enjoy becoming homeonwers!

GoogleI have dealt with a number of estate agents over the years and generally, they have been horrible and frustrating experiences, however Agamemnon has been, by far, the best estate agent I have dealt with. He handled the sale of my property and was always professional and respectful (of my time, my home, my desired outcome of the sale). He was responsive, reasonable and always stepped in as the conduit between the solicitors and other parties.
