GooglePrevious experience (both myself and family members) have not always been very complimentary about estate agents. But i can honestly say that Ellis completely changed my view and all i can give is exceptionally high praise to Ellis. I had received valuations from 4 different estate agents which ranged widely in value but Ellis got it spot on with his valuation. In particular, he was fabulous at keeping me up to date at all times as to the feedback from viewings so i felt sighted on the whole process. He was excellent at providing support when i had to get last minute surveys undertaken and was able to put me in touch with companies who could undertake this quickly and efficiently. I never had to chase him up - if anything he was chasing me up and making sure i knew what i was doing and moving the process forward. He is extremely committed and always available even on days when he wasn't working. I was worried about the selling of my flat as i have a lot going on but Ellis made the process feel very smooth and easy for me. I would absolutely recommend using Ellis and KFH as estate agents. Renting in London can often feel overwhelming, but Milan turned what could have been a stressful process into something smooth, clear, and even enjoyable.
He was incredibly proactive and always one step ahead - chasing things up before we even had to ask, making sure the referencing process was moving forward, and keeping us constantly updated so we never felt left in the dark. Any time we had a question (and we had a lot!), he was quick to respond, patient, and always took the time to explain things thoroughly.
