GoogleBe careful as they deduct there full Commission out of all the rent. I never agreed this, in 30 years of being a landlord I would never recommend them. Keep clear

GoogleChe was very helpful and professional throughout the process. We found him to be thoughtful and clearly cared about all parties in the transaction. We dealt with Che for nearly a year and he evidently understood from the start what we were looking to purchase, instead of pushing us into random flats He went above and beyond to accommodate additional inspections / queries etc. We would highly recommend Che. GoogleI was dealing with Agamemnon as a buyer. After a couple of viewings, he understood exactly what I was looking for and did not try to sell me anything above budget like many other estate agents. Communication was seamless throughout the entire process and Agamemnon was always prompt in responding to any enquiries, providing regular updates and helped chase on both sides. Even after exchange he was very accommodating to get a timeslot with the seller for builders visiting. It was overall a nice, albeit stressful, experience although these were out of his control mostly.

GoogleWe had a great experience with KFH. When we decided to sell our flat, we saw 4 different state agents for a valuation. The differences in prices between agents were huge. Joe Newson, from KFH, was the only agent we saw who really did his homework. He came with examples of what similar properties in the area had been recently sold for, and the price he gave us seemed like a funded assessment rather than a wild guess. He had found the prior listing of our flat and knew exactly what we had done through the years to improve it. We had to drop the price, but we were in a hurry to sell so we didn't want to sit around forever. We got 3 viewings and 1 offer on the second week of listing our flat, which was great. There were some delays in the final stages of the conveyancing but Agamemnon was very tenacious and really pushed all parties to get the sale done. He was also great at keeping us updated. We are really happy with the process and the result and we would recommend KFH in a heartbeat.

GoogleKFH helped me to purchase my property in Queen's Park. Che was the Sales Negotiator who helped me and, towards the end, met with Joe (Sales Branch Director). Glad to meet with you both! From the first day, Che's friendly and professional attitude, knowledge, and fast replies to the emails stayed the same. Both Joe and Che are hands-on, helpful, professional people. I do not know what I would do without Che helping me to understand all the questions I had and still have in mind. Thank you a lot, KFH Team! You made it happen!

Googleenjoyed the experience of working with Anya, Ebony and Tamana. They are very polite, professional and took the time to understand my requirements . Its disappointing when agents ar only interested in doing viewings for the properties you call them for and then rushing with offers to please the landlords/ management- it was not like this with them. they were patient and took the time out to share options which would be viable per my requirements. clear teamwork - while Ebony was on leave, Tamana proactively coordinated the viewing. Special thanks to James, their director for patiently going through this between the landlord and myself. Whilst we didnt manage to secure it, i appreciate the team and their efforts. Thank you again!

GoogleI have never used a higher end agency to market my property. However, I did use KFH to sell my first home many years ago and it was flawless. I decided to try them out again, from the offset Rebecca won me over vs the other 3 agencies i spoke to and surprisingly I gave her the opportunity to take it on exclusively. The property was marketed immediately and within 10 days I received 4 offers at the asking price. Was it too low maybe? A three year deal was made so I was happy. Rebecca and Kelly were awesome to deal with despite me living remotely and always available for questions when needed. Negatives - Far too many papers to fill in online (I assume this is the same with all the agencies nowadays). Would I go back? Yes.
