I want to say was how much I appreciated the effort put into this sale by Daniel Levy. There were so many ups and downs, so many false dawns, but Daniel remained positive, resourceful and very much on the ball throughout. Ultimately the sale did not go to Daniel‘s client but thanks to Daniel’s efforts, we achieved a better price than we would have done had without his involvement. So, many thanks to KFH and the professionalism of their negotiator.

My husband and I recently leased a property from lettings negotiator Harry Blake and we were both very pleased with how he treated us, and of course we are thrilled with our new flat. Harry was patient in explaining the area to us as well as the rental system (we are not from the UK). We found him to be generous with his time. He showed particularly good diplomatic skills as he had to deal with multiple parties including the property developer, a managing agent and the reference agency. I would highly recommend Harry.

You are in your thirties, Now that you have a baby who is almost one, you start your search of a two bedroom place to buy. months and months every Saturday is filled with viewings and your baby probably thinks this is how life normally is. Finally you find a place you love, you make an offer and it gets accepted!! You are over the moon. You come home and dance out of excitement. Your baby does not get it but understands there is something nice going on. She will have a room after-all. You get asked some documents for the process to start and you send them immediately. You try to sort your mortgage and solicitor at the same time, too. Well these are hard but necessary steps to take. Everything is normal until now. But here comes the sickening part! Alina, the sales negotiator you worked with so far who is a lovely lady by the way is away for the week and leaves her assistant to take care of paperwork for her. They need your solicitors details to write the offer accepted letter. First thing Monday morning you email the details of your solicitor to that assistant. You have hours long mortgage application meetings with the broker afterwards and they have all your personal and bank details at that point. Peter West the assistant does not write back to you at all on Monday. Tuesday he is still quiet. You write a follow up email. No reply. Wednesday he writes back that he needs to contact the seller and wednesday night he asks you to call him. Yes unfortunately you are correct! In the meantime, even though your offer was accepted he did not care about his manager, did not care about you or your hopes and dreams, did not care about work ethics and did not care about the reputation of the real estate agency he works for and he kept on showing the flat to others, found a cash buyer of course and on the phone he says, “there is another flat, why don’t you look at that?”Yes there are thousands of flats all over the uk but is this fair to us? Is it fair to his superior? Is it ethical? Our mortgage application is accepted now with the flat gone missing. Couldn’t Peter show other flats to the cash buyer? Was the one with our accepted offer the only one they had in all of kfh? I feel so disappointed with the system and I think kfh needs to sort this out if it wants to prevent its reputation from being tarnished. Make things right!

Harry couldn’t have been more helpful in helping myself and 2 flat mates with our move to Hampstead! Juan was an excellent real estate agent who was always available to answer my questions and help with finding a solution that worked for me. He went above and beyond by proposing a 24-month tenancy with a breaking clause at 12 months, which was very much appreciated since all other agents I talked with were forcing me into a 24-months agreement. The house was delivered clean and the keys were well organized. However, the only downside was the furniture in the house was old and at times broken. Nevertheless, Juan was willing to help me speak with the landlord about replacing it. Overall, I would recommend Juan as a real estate agent. His professionalism, dedication, and helpful nature set him apart from others and made the process of finding a home much easier. I appreciate all that Juan did for me and am grateful for his assistance. I would rate my experience with the agency as 4 stars, due to the furniture issue, but I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
