From listening and understanding my needs for the future are, to helping me navigate the area on the day went above and beyond what you'd expect. Tianna responded too with suggesting suitable alternatives which is always reassuring in this! Highly recommended.

GoogleWe had a great experience working with James Hiller from the KfH Highgate branch on the search of a new flat to rent. He was very diligent and actively got in touch and recommended flats that he knew would meet our expectations, as well as giving us expert advice to navigate the complex rental market on this difficult year. During the process of signing our tenancy agreement there were a few things outside of his control that we were worried about but he was always reachable on the phone and reassuring and in the end everything was resolved to our satisfaction thanks to his help.

She’s a good listener too and understand what we need in finding our place, rather than just a sale driven estate agent individual. We’re so lucky to have her and her colleague. Also, our broker, Sawan, he helped us with getting a good rate at a difficult time. We have our mortgage offer issued within a day or two.

We dealt primarily with Euan, who was very helpful and switched on throughout our flat purchase- initially giving us great help finding the property we wanted, then giving us confidence throughout the purchase process that he was engaged and pushing for the sale to be completed in a timely manner. The process was still very slow, (probably not because of anyone at KFH.) Good experience overall, thanks very much
