GoogleMe and a friend rented a property from KFH. Throughout the whole process we were completely left in the dark. We paid our holding deposit and from then we had to chase the agents to get any kind of movement through the process. They were unresponsive and vague, they never called back when they said they would and rarely gave straight answers. They would give us a new excuse every time and everything was left to the last minute. We ended up signing the contract 2 days before we were due to move in, leaving us no time to plan or organise our move. When we moved in, they had not arranged for any of the agreed work to be done, or a professional clean to be done, which was all laid out in the contract we signed. We had to clean everything ourselves the day we moved in, and now we are unable to unpack as we have to deal with contractors coming for multiple days to fix ceilings and light fittings while we both work from home. We will likely have to clean everything again once they have gone given the scale of the work that needs to be done. Before we moved in the property was vacant and we raised these issues with them WEEKS in advance of us moving in- they had plenty of time to organise for work to be done and it just wasn't. My friend and I felt that it was disrespectful and unprofessional, moving home is a stressful enough process as it is, but the complete lack of care from KFH has made this move 10 times worse. We still have yet to hear for KFH about how they are going to make this better. We are really disappointed.

GoogleI was desperately looking to move into the area for my daughter's schooling, I have been to all the local estate agents but had no luck, also they were not helpful at all. Fortunately, I met James Hillier at KF&H at Highgate. He has been keen, supportive and patient from day one. He helped me a lot with all the jargon related to contract and helped me with online referencing. With my personal experience, I highly recommend KF&H at Highgate.

GoogleAfter viewing 10+ properties in the area we had all but lost hope of finding a new place but came across an amazing listing by KFH Highgate and within a few days we'd signed up! From the moment we arrived for the viewing we knew we were in good hands with their rep James who informed us of the history of the property's ownership, the nature of the neighbourhood and the various quirks of the property itself. Over the course of the month leading up to moving, Maria Stafford helped coordinate the various form-filling and checks with utmost efficiency. Would highly recommend!

GoogleWe rented a flat in Archway through KFH for about a year. While most of our issues came from a landlady who tried to rip us off our deposit, KFH weren't much help either. They deferred all decision making to the landlady making themselves no more than a cumbersome middleman. They were only ever good at citing rules and regulations and passing on the building management's notices. [To the staff there - auto responders on emails are for when you're away. You can't just constantly have them on as a way to say you may or may not reply!]

GoogleWe chose KFH over other agencies initially because our initial contact, Shaun, seemed the most honest and straightforward, compared to other agencies who were very 'salesy'. We received an offer on our flat within a couple of weeks and received a great service from Sam Rosenthal from the point of offer to completion. He was always helpful, available and good humoured. Even when things with our sale and ongoing purchase got hairy he constantly drove things forward with a smile, and responded quickly to emails and phone calls. GoogleRecently viewed a property to rent, the photos were clearly very old & didn't reflect the state of the property at all (it had damp, leaks, black mould, stained carpets). If the photos had been an honest reflection of the property we wouldn't have wasted time out of working day to view it. Also they add you to their mailing list without getting permission, something I'm pretty sure is against GDPR laws now. Emailing us properties but with the only information on file being my contact details & that we have a dog. Not how many bedrooms we need, or that we need parking, what areas we'd consider, what our budget is!
