GoogleKFH, and Bradley Proud who we've been dealing with, have been fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend. As soon as our place was on the market he was phone bashing, and got about 5 people in before we even had photos out. He has been professional and efficient the whole way through, and even popped down to let me in when I was locked out. I didn't quite realise how good they were until I started looking myself, and experienced lots of shocking estate agenting elsewhere. They really are the real deal.

GoogleI have bought and sold through Shaun Cunningham at KFH on a number of occasions over the past 4 years. The service that he and the other members of the team give is first class. They make the process of buying and selling easy and hassle free. It is solely because of Shaun that I referred another sale of mine to the Belsize Park office - I hope he got recognition for this.
If you are selling in and around Highgate, I'd strongly recommend that you use Shaun and the rest of the guys at KFH in Highgate.

GoogleA couple of agents from this office have sold properties of varying shapes and sizes to two of my friends as well as myself now. They are very level-headed, transparent and trustworthy and also very good at letting you know about new properties coming on to the market. I know it's in their interest to do this - but some estate agents can seriously go AWOL! I also dealt with the Belsize Park office and the guys there are pretty good too and make time for any viewings no matter how awkward. I'm very happy with the property I ended up with!!! :)

Googlei was in safe hands, he understood exactly what i was after and straight away he sent me properties that fit my requirments. It's not often that you get someone who understands you straight away and sends you the right properties rather than properties that don't or are out of my budget. When i met him in the office for the first time he sat me down and went through everything for about 10 minutes along with his manager Khan who also was a great help. I have been to a lot of agents but no one has made it so quick, comfortable and straight to the point with ease as Yainni and Khan did. The pair of them were very professional made me feel comfortable and that i could trust them. Would recommend them both...... Top job.

GoogleWe had a really stellar experience with the Highgate branch of KFH, and more specifically with Bradley Proud (our sales negotiator). We were shown a flat that fitted our exact requirements, which is no small feat with our "first-time buyers" budget in London. Any questions that we asked were answered on the spot, which reflected a solid knowledge of the asset being sold. Bradley took us through the negotiation process in a way that felt responsible, efficient and respectful to all parties involved (and there were many, as our sellers were in a chain). We've been in our flat for three months now and couldn't be happier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends or work with him again when the time is right!
