GoogleHad an excellent experience dealing with Oliver, who has managed the sale of our house seamlessly. He has been very engaged from day one, and his professionalism has been exemplary. I wouldn't hesitate to use KFH again is this is the standard of service.

GoogleWe found our rental flat with KFH Highgate and were really impressed with the whole experience. Safia in particular was fantastic and helped us find our perfect place after a long search with other estate agents. She was really quick to give us updates on the process and was lovely to work with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Highgate area.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolute joke, didn't turn up to a couple of my viewings when i started looking. In the end i saw a property that i wanted to buy through another agent and have now moved in. Get better service in KFC not KFH

GoogleWas really impressed with KFH Highgate. We went through them when renting a property in the area and their staff were really professional and friendly which made the usually hideous task of moving house much more bearable. They helped us every step and I really liked their use of digitally signed documents as it just makes everything so much easier. Would definitely use again - Friendly staff, great range of properties, secure transaction process.

GoogleI was rather sceptical that KFH would find the right property for me when I first went looking to rent. The KFH lettings team were fantastic in their approach and were very professional in trying to find a property I would be comfortable to live in. They were extremely helpful and patient with me and I would definitely recommend this Estate Agent to anyone looking to buy or rent in the Highgate area.

GoogleI was most impressed with the thoroughness and speed of feedback throughout the process, keeping us informed of visits, arranging more viewings when it went quiet, finding us a buyer and keeping me updated with progress through exchange and completion. Shaun and Samara handled the process excellently.

GoogleAfter discussing renting my property with a few local agents, I decided to go with the KFH team due to their honest appraisal and thorough understanding of the rental market. I was drawn to their corporate department and was hugely impressed when my property went under offer within a week of putting the property on with them. I would highly recommend the KFH team to anyone looking to rent their home out.

GoogleWe had our house in Claremont Road on with KFH Highgate from last October though recommendation. This was a tough market and the team worked tirelessly to not only get us our buyer at an acceptable price but to see it through to exchange of contracts navigating all sorts of trip hazards along the way. These guys are not just estate agents, they are family therapists and magicians as well.

GoogleI would highly recommend KFH Highgate. Samara Sylvester achieved an above asking price offer on my property within a week of being instructed. Samara provided considered advice on the local market, was highly responsive and managed the transaction adeptly. Would not hesitate to use again.

GoogleThey marketed our flat for rental and within a week had 8 showings and an offer at the asking price with tenants who were just who were looking for.

GoogleKFH managed to quickly turn around my offer and let me settle into my new home soon. The lettings negotiator assigned to me, Safia, was especially helpful as she had great knowledge of the area, the neighbourhood and the other residents. Also after an offer had been made she was still very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI have had a great experience with KFH, and am highly grateful to them for their work on my flat sale. Each staff member with whom I had contact (Hanan, Shaun and Chris) was helpful at all stages; Hanan, with whom I had most contact, helped me throughout and enabled everything to go through as smoothly as possible. Thanks for everything, Hanan!
