Certainly, one of the best experiences I have had in the market. A special call-out to Agathe Devictor at the Highgate office, who went out of her way to find us a property that would meet all of our requirements. On top of this, she was super considerate and punctual, and it was a real pleasure to work with her.

GoogleKFH have been managing my property since I bought it in 2010. Since this time I have not experienced a single day with the property empty and have alsways had good reliable tenants. KFH adopt very high standards to ensure as little trouble as possible for the landlords they are working on behlaf of. This year I have had new tenants move in to the flat and Mari Stafford and colleagues have managed this transition seamlessly as usual. The service and comminication I receive from her is excellent. As a non-resident landlord having high quality service that relies as little as possible on my own input is essential in ensuring the operation of my property runs smoothly. GoogleBurst pipe nearly flooded the entire building - no response or help for 3 days as living room flooded. Had to pay for an emergency plumber. No washing machine for a month, repeatedly asked for repair, poor communication. Delay after delay. Cost us 100s in laundrette fees. Still no help. Never any compensation. Overall - unreliable and slow when you need help the most.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleBianca helped us find our first home as a young family, with a two month baby in tow on viewings. Unlike many other agents who wasted our time, showing us things that were not right for us and being pushy, Bianca listened, quickly understood what we wanted and found us some good options. And very soon with Maria working on the admin and legal side, everything was wrapped up and we are now moved in! Very grateful to the professionalism and warmth we experienced from KFH.

GoogleWe contacted KFH in Highgate when trying to find a flat in the area. Mrs Bianca Marchini MARLA was our agent and we cannot recommend her higher. She spend time with us trying to understand what kind of property we are into and then proposed the flat that we eventually rented. She was very kind, responsive and efficient dealing all the communication between us and the landlord. She provided excellent service and we would highly recommend her and the agency.
