We bought our flat through KFH Highgate in 2006 and sold it via KFK earlier this month. Aisling was our principle point of contact throughout the sale. She was fantastic to deal with from the moment we met her to when the sale competed. She kept us informed throughout the process and liaised effectively between us, the buyer and the solicitors. She often went above and beyond to ensure the sale progress at the required timescale and escalated when needed. She was truly pleasant deal with throughout the process especially during some stressful periods. I doubt we would have completed when we did without her presence and hard work. I dealt with several estate agents in the process of selling my house. The best - by far - was KFH in Highgate. Euan was my main contact. Thank goodness for Euan and KFH. Selling a house is rarely an easy or smooth process, especially in the run-up to stamp duty cut-off. Euan was a beacon of light and a calm & solid fount of wisdom on the phone. He provided consistent encouragement to stay the course. After a buyer fell through he came up with a new buyer within a week - at full asking price. He managed to take me all the way to successful completion relatively unscathed even though I described the selling process as ‘like being in Squid Game.’ Never though I would hear myself say this - but Euan deserved every last penny of his commission. I cannot recommend both Euan and KFH too highly. They are seriously professional, have grit and integrity and throughout the process they were a pleasure to have as partners.

Thank you everyone at KFH and especially Sawan Shah, Sharon and Ravi who secured us mortgage on our first property. Sawan was really helpful and and responsive through all stages of our property search, and offers on multiple properties. He was very detailed and helpful in the initial stages, explaining us in great details all the requirements from mortgage lenders, what should we focus on to present ourselves as attractive borrowers, and what are strong and weak points of our financial situation. We sent out multiple offers on different properties, and Sawan was consistently very clear, responsive and proactive in communicating his availability and setting us up with multiple agreements in principle. At the end, it was no surprise to us when the purchase and mortgage went through without any problems or surprises, as we have already experienced very consistent and confident advise at all stages.
