GoogleWe really enjoyed working with KFH - my husband and I are first-time homebuyers (and expats from the US) so navigating the UK housing market was all new … Euan guided us through the process of making an offer, provided transparency through the process, and even helped coordinate additional inspections to make us comfortable with the house’s condition. We also worked with Sawan on the mortgage-side, who was also fantastic in walking us through all of the options available and helping us get the best rate (going back 3x as rates dropped through the fall). Googleworst experience ever. We moved in the house in December and now we are 3 months in this house. We moved in, the boiler was leaking and the gas engineer who came after 2 months to fix it, he said that the pipes inside the boiler were not connected and that was dangerous. There is no shower fitting, they told us there is problem with the pressure of the water, but they didnt say we won't have a shower at all. So no shower. The tap in the bathroom was leaking, there was mould behind the toilet tank, the toilet was running all the time, the pipe in the bathroom was leaking. They solved these issues after 2 months after we were sending to them constantly emails. Now we have mice in the flat, 1st floor and the pest control said we will always have mice as there are holes in the walls that he cannot reach. We have been without cooker for 1 month now and they refuse to refund us or do anyhing to fix this issue. They removed the gas cooker and they brought an electric one after 3 weeks, but there is no fitting for an electric oven and this is the 4th week without a cooker. They refuse to pay and help us. They put automatic emails that they will comeb back to the office on 13th February but we have 13th March, how uselles? they don't even know what date we have.

Shaun lead the charge both times (in 2017 and 2022) and is a true driving force as Branch Director. He is sincere, honest, professional, reliable, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to deal with - as is the rest of his team. My sale wasn't the easiest and Shaun was always available, always helpful, a sound advisor and a true problem solver - just keen to get things done! He took the stress out of my hands and went above and beyond every time. I wouldn't use any other agent in this area. Thanks Shaun and team!

GoogleThe best decision I ever made was to sell my apartment with KFH in Highgate . I have dealt with many estate agents in the past but KFH we’re simply exceptional . Their knowledge of the Highgate property market really helped with the valuation and my apt sold within a week for the price I wanted to achieve. The follow up post sale by Zurenu was simply amazing and was key to getting to exchange then completion . I don’t normally leave reviews but felt I had to share what a fantastic experience I have had with KFH Highgate and with Zurenu in particular she was simply amazing throughout .

GoogleI can highly recommend KFH’s letting arm, due to their professionalism and responsiveness. Everyone I dealt with at their Highgate branch were a pleasure to deal with and let my apartment in record time. A particular thanks to Sam, Safia, Maria and James. Best agent in town! Here is an update in November 2022: KFH sold my property in the most efficient way possible. Special thanks to Samara for persistently helping to draw the sale to a conclusion, despite numerous obstacles. In particular, the agent that worked with us, James Hillier went above and beyond his duties and really helped us throughout the entire process: we were in a very challenging situation with another agency and James spent hours from the beginning with us to help us finding the best solution and in the end making us end up with the place we wanted! GoogleWe worked with Euan to purchase our forever home and he was fantastic. We were selling with another estate agent and there were a few hiccups there but Euan managed to keep it all together and make the purchase side very easy!
