GoogleIn the turbulent times we live in today, selling a house can be a pretty stressful experience, I hear the stories but it’s only when you go through it you start to really get it. It was during these times I was more than relieved to have Chris Taylor acting on our behalf. I have no benefit from writing this review other than to thank Chris for his utter calm, professionalism at all times. You might be tempted to do it yourself via lower commission websites but trust me when all is looking to go wrong at the 11th hour, you start to see why you have estate agents. I couldn’t say a bad word about Chris or KFH

GoogleI rarely bother to leave reviews , but last night I attended a 2nd viewing of a flat my daughter is thinking of buying . The negotiator, Hanan, was friendly , professional and knowledgeable . She understood my daughter's requirements , and whilst the flat didn't meet all of them , Hanan made practical and sensible suggestions on how the flat might be adapted to make it more suitable . Because of Hanan's suggestions my daughter is now considering making an offer . As a former Estate Agent it's refreshing to meet someone who is good at their job . Well done !

GoogleWe sold our property with the Highgate KFH team and had a great experience. It could have potentially been stressful and difficult due to the unique and unusual nature of our property, but Chris and the team were knowledgable, helpful and calm at every stage, helping us through the red tape and negotiating fairly for both sides. We didn't find any of the team, at any stage of the process, to be too 'salesy' or pushy. This hasn't been our experience with any other estate agency during any previous sale or purchase, so it was overall an extremely professional service we received and I felt everyone really worked for us. Thank you Chris and the team!

GoogleChris Taylor was a wonderful support in helping me to find a property - whilst I used other estate agents when looking, I kept coming back to Chris and ultimately was very happy to buy through him. He stood out head and shoulders - in terms of his professionalism, how pleasant and friendly he was to work with, and the fact that he really listened to what I wanted and patiently worked hard to help me find it. I never felt under pressure, just very well supported and with just the right amount of attention and follow up. His support from offer acceptance through to exchange was also outstanding. GoogleI’ve recently sold my flat through KFH and couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking to sell in this market. Hanan went above and beyond to secure my sale and ensure that it went through. She kept me up to date at all times and made me feel completely supported (and calm) through my first sale process even when last minute issues with my chain cropped up. An incredibly professional team at Highgate and particular thanks to both Hanan and Shaun for getting me there in the end.

Our estate agent Chris was nothing short of a credit to his profession and we always felt that Chris was working to our interests. Chris's knowledge of our building was extremely impressive and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell a house; he worked tirelessly on our behalf. Chris and the KFH team managed to support us every step of the way and at the end of the process there is a very happy buyer and a very happy seller.

GoogleVery good experience working with Euan on a first time buy. There were a lot of delays from the council and Euan worked very hard to keep things moving along, remove any obstacles, to answer any questions and help make the process as smooth as possible.

GoogleBradley and all the team @KFH were customer service stars! They responded quickly to queries and were always prompt in returning calls. Bradley went 'over and above' to help push though a sale and handled communications between lawyers and buyers fantastically. However the negatives were that we felt that the flat was over valued by KFH which potentially slowed down the sale, and during a viewing some items were broken - and we felt this could have been dealt with better by KFH.

GoogleAfter renting in this city for almost 10 years and dealing with hundreds of estate agencies, I can confidently say that KFH is the one. We dealt with Bianca Marchini who spent days actively looking for properties to show us that could match what we were looking for and when we couldn't attend the viewings due to work commitments, she went as far as Facetiming me at work. Great professionalism and attitude She even had a measuring tape when I realised I forgot mine at home!!! Best agency ever, I will stick with it for the future and recommend it to everyone. Micol

GoogleMy husband and I have had an excellent service from Bradley Proud at KFH in Highgate. Whilst we are looking, Bradley would only show us properties that met our requirements (unlike many agents who keep sending you 2 bed flats to review when you're looking for a 4 bed house!). He was thoughtful and diligent but we never felt like we were being pestered. And he was flexible and knowledgeable. We have now bought our "Forever Home" completely stress free, without any hiccoughs - Thank you Bradley! We couldn't be happier.

GoogleI bought a flat on Hampstead Lane, Chris Taylor from KFH who went above and beyond was excellent, and made the whole experience stress free & a total pleasure. He made the whole process seamless as he arranged for me to use the KFH mortgage broker & partner solicitors, which meant there was no delays or issues with paperwork crossing over & everything went better than I can have imagined. I had complete peace of mind & highly recommended these guys especially Chris who was a pleasure to have on my side. :)

He was in very regular communication with me throughout the sales process, used his experience to provide well-measured advice as negotiations developed and established excellent relationships with each part of the chain to ensure that exchange took place as quickly as possible. Having bought/sold numerous properties chain-free over the last 20 years, I was even more pleasantly surprised that my best estate agency sales experience of all came in this 3-layered chain transaction, thanks to Chris' excellent transaction and client management.

GoogleI had a great experience with KFH - this was my first time renting in the UK and obviously I had millions of questions but my agent Charmain was always patient and helpful in all possible ways. As a client I felt taken care of, would definitely recommend this and other KFH branches to friends.

GoogleWe ended our contract in August, but the process has been frustrating. First, they registered the wrong check-out date. Then, despite multiple confirmations by email and phone, they scheduled the professional cleaning service for the wrong date. It's been a mess, and we still haven't received our deposit. The KFH agency claims they no longer manage the property because the agent responsible has left, but we were never informed. Over the past three years, we've had numerous agents, yet no one notified us about these changes. While they can easily reach us, it's always DIFFICULT for us to reach them.

GoogleI dealt with the lettings and in particular Yianni when doing viewings with KFH, Highgate and I can honestly say that I don’t think I had the pleasure of dealing with an agent who was as courteous and genuine as he was. I always had the impression that he had my best interests at heart, and importantly he was very up front and honest on all matters which put my mind at rest. Great company to use and would recommend highly.

GoogleI have recently purchased a flat in Highgate through KFH. Specifically through Mark Elliott at KFH Highgate. As a first time buyer I was (and still am) very green to the ins and outs of buying a property. I had met a number of agents and viewed a number of flats prior to meeting Mark and I can honestly say that the service Mark provided was above and beyond what I had experienced previously. Mark was insightful, extremely helpful and was willing to take the time to try and understand the type of property that I was looking for. He was patient when I wanted to return for multiple visits to a single property and gave me excellent advice along the way to help give me clarity in terms of my next move. When I did find the property that I ended up buying, Mark was never pushy in terms of offers etc. Just the opposite in fact. He gave me the insight and knowledge to make confident offers on a property that I really wanted. I can't thank him and KFH enough. If and when i buy or sell again, KFH will, without doubt, be my first and only port of call.
