GoogleMy husband and I have been dealing with Bianca at Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward Highgate for a few months now after moving from Australia to London. Bianca has been extremely helpful and consistent in her contact with us, continuously updating us with a great range of rental options that she selected on behalf for us after we provided her with an outline of what we were after. Bianca is a friendly professional whom we would highly recommend you get into contact with if you are looking for a property. KFH, in our experience, offer a great agency service.

GoogleSafia had been exceptionally helpful. Both myself and my partner had found her approach highly professional. She came prepared with a brochure of the properties in hand whilst we viewed them. This certainly proved a massive help when viewing, as well as getting a real feel for the area. She was very knowledgable and made us feel confident about our choices. Thanks again to Safia and her team for their welcoming and commendable services! Shahid & Julia

GoogleI would like to make a comment on the service of this estate agency, KFH in Highgate Village. Euan Makhecha from KFH enabled the sale of the flat and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process. They streamlined the conveyancing by recommending their own solicitors who were absolutely brilliant: Boulter and Co in Crouch End. This made the process far easier than sourcing my own solicitor. All the team were superb and I cannot thank them enough.

GoogleHanan Badry has been showing properties to my wife and myself for the past two weeks and deserves full marks for her people skills. She has empathy with the customer needs, is patient and straight in her dealings. SO far I have not found property that ticks all the boxes, but Hanan has offered several viewings and understands our requirements. I think she is a credit to KFH in Highgate.

GoogleMy wife and I found the perfect apartment, however we were both back in the United States. Bianca was prompt in all of her emails answering our many questions. She completed several video conferences, a walk through the apartment, all while we were still in the US keeping in mind the eight hour time difference. Bianca help us navigate through the many nuances of London's rental laws. We couldn't ask for a better experience.

GoogleWe have recently sold our home with KFH Highgate, our estate agent Samara was incredibly helpful, supportive, and available throughout the whole process. I would be more than happy to sell with the help of Samara again in the future. If you’re selling in Highgate I’d recommend using KFH.

GoogleIt is hard to overstate how brilliant Oliver and Shaun have been throughout the whole process of listing our property to completion. At every stage of the process, Oliver and Shaun, and all the staff at KFH Highgate, made a significant amount of time for us and helped us through what is a typically an incredibly stressful process. Regular communication with Oliver, typically initiated by him, made this stress almost non-existent.
When we were eventually under offer, Oliver recommended a service to help find a solicitor for us; both this service and our subsequent solicitor have also been excellent and we will continue to use the solicitor for our onward purchase.
We have had very mixed experiences with estate agents in the past; KFH stands alone in the great care and respect that they have treated us with and made the whole experience of selling a property as exciting as it should be. I have recommended them to many people in the area who are thinking of selling and I will continue to do so.

GoogleWe have just moved into our lovely new flat that we found through KFH, who are the most responsive and professional agency that I've dealt with! Safia was very helpful and let us go back for multiple viewings, to measure up etc. Only downside is that the repairs agreed before we moved in were not all completed (and mess was left from the repainting).

GoogleFantastic work on the sale of my property.
KFH were engaged to sell my 5 bed property in Archway. Shaun & Euan did an absolutely fantastic job securing multiple offers, managing the process professionally from start to finish and achieving a record amount paid for the road.
Their communication and advice was clear throughout and I would definitely recommend them to anybody looking to sell their property in the area. Particularly at the higher levels, which is where they really show their differentiation versus some of the other agents.
A real pleasure to deal with throughout.

GoogleExcellent service from Christopher Hulme and his teammate Tianna Johnson. They were very professional yet approachable. I moved to London from abroad and I was not familiar with the process of renting. But I was walked through the process and Chris always responded my emails promptly and cleared all my questions. I did a virtual viewing and within short notice they arranged a viewing for a friend of mine on my behalf. Based on my experiences and interactions with the team, would definitely recommend working with KFH for renting or letting.

GoogleAs always, absolutely satisfied with the service that KFH Highgate has given me. Have used them for a number of years, this time to rent out a property. Sofia and the team were incredibly helpful, highly efficient and managed to get the property rented out on the first evening of viewings. Always there when I needed them and no dramas over anything that came up.

GoogleWe were having trouble renting our flat in Highgate for a few months with an online agency ( wont mention the name ! ) So we went to KFH, they rented the flat to a wonderful professional couple in a matter of days. Kicking myself for not going to them sooner. Maria & Bianca were so lovely to deal with. I'd give them 6 stars if I could !
