GoogleAs always, absolutely satisfied with the service that KFH Highgate has given me. Have used them for a number of years, this time to rent out a property. Sofia and the team were incredibly helpful, highly efficient and managed to get the property rented out on the first evening of viewings. Always there when I needed them and no dramas over anything that came up.

GoogleWe were having trouble renting our flat in Highgate for a few months with an online agency ( wont mention the name ! ) So we went to KFH, they rented the flat to a wonderful professional couple in a matter of days. Kicking myself for not going to them sooner. Maria & Bianca were so lovely to deal with. I'd give them 6 stars if I could !

GoogleWould definitely recommend KFH! Hanan Badry was incredibly supportive and helpful when it came to finding the right home for us. She brought us to a variety of places to make sure we had the right idea of what we did want and what we didn't. She made the process really easy for us as first time buyers and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

GoogleSawan and Sharon were fantastic mortgage brokers helping us secure a mortgage before rates went up and Samara on the agent side was excellent from start to finish on our purchase. Highly recommend the estate agent and broker.

GoogleMy partner and I have been in a property managed by KFH for just over a year now and we are very happy with their attentive service, great communication and prompt assistance. Our property manager Harriet is extremely professional, kind and helpful and she is doing a great job looking after the property and us tenants. I would highly recommend KFH Highgate and their property management service.

GoogleExceptional Service from Euan at KFH Highgate I recently had the pleasure of working with Euan and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the very beginning, Euan stood out with his clear communication, ensuring that every aspect of the process was transparent and understandable. His professionalism shone through in every interaction, demonstrating not only his profound knowledge of the real estate market but also his commitment to meeting his clients' needs. Euan's approach was highly proactive, consistently keeping me updated and informed, which made a usually stressful process feel seamless and manageable. Moreover, Euan's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made every meeting a pleasure. He was always available to answer any questions and provide guidance, reflecting a level of customer service that is rare to find. Thank you, Euan, for making my property journey an incredibly positive experience!

GoogleI had a really positive experience working with KFH over the lease of a new flat earlier this year. Charmain Alexander was incredibly professional, efficient and helpful, and the whole process was really smooth. The other staff and departments at KFH were also professional and communicative throughout. Thanks very much!

GoogleWe had a really smooth and easy experience with KFH, particularly thanks to Michelli Nunes, who was immediately responsive and professional. She helped to facilitate multiple viewings (in the midst of UK lockdowns), and brought forward inventory and electrical checks to ensure we could move in at our desired date and time. Thank you, Michelli!PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleBianca Marchini and Maria Stafford were a dream! We were relocating to London from abroad, so much of our letting negotiation and paperwork had to be done remotely. They were extremely flexible and always responded promptly. If we need another let (although I hope not to anytime soon, as we LOVE our new Highgate home), they will be the first people we will call.

GoogleJames Hillier was fantastic in helping us find an apartment in the area despite a very competitive market. He was very friendly, professional, and transparent throughout the whole process so we knew exactly what to do. Would definitely recommend!

GoogleThe KFH team have always been so great to deal with both the letting and sale of my property (I also bought it from them). Shaun Cunningham was the reason I used KFH in the first place as I have always found him brilliant to deal with and for this current sale- Hanan Bradry has been incredibly helpful throughout! Thank you Hanan!

GoogleMatthew Smith was instrumental in getting us our dream house, proactively arranging us a viewing knowing it was just what we were looking for. The rest of the team followed through with great level of service and attention on both our purchase and sale. Mortgage advice from Med Moroglu also fantastic and took the stress and legwork out of the process. Thank you!

GoogleBought a flat through KFH - great service, particularly as we were part of an exchange and they kept chasing up the vendors, their solicitors, our solicitors etc. Thank you Euan for helping with this!
