He was quick at answering queries and polite and kept me well informed through out the whole process. He is just exceptional and glad KFH has him in their lettings team. I feel reassured!

GoogleShantay was magnificent throughout the whole sales process. Guiding and pushing me, the buyer and both sets of solicitors throughout the journey in always a professional and timely manner. I had quite a difficult and drawn out sale due to shared ownership issues but I always felt reassured with Shantay that the deal would get done. I could contact her anytime and no request or worry of mine was too small for her I will definitely be using KFH and Shantay again for any future buys/sales and couldn't recommend them enough especially when it comes to shared ownership sales

GoogleI had a very nice experience with the letting team. Catalin Florea was the person that really helped me most. He is an amazing gentleman. I won't forget to mention the gentle man that took me to viewing Dillon Brown, He is nice too.. Infact the whole letting team are awesome, they made me get my apartments in less than 3 weeks. Sid from lettings Finchley was absolutely amazing in assisting us with securing our new flat. GoogleThe team at KFH were fantastic when selling our property. They kept us regularly updated with feedback from potential buyers, and were responsive and courteous when arranging viewings. Ultimately, Afzal secured the sale - and he was diligent in making sure the process kept moving once we'd accepted the offer - but Liam and Sébastien were also on hand to help out and answer questions if needed. I'd definitely recommend KFH for anyone looking to sell a property in and around N12.

Catalin patiently answered all our questions (often more than once!), arranged a very detailed online viewing, and guided us through the UK referencing system in a way that made us feel truly supported. His professionalism, responsiveness, and kindness gave us complete confidence from overseas. Highly recommended for anyone navigating the London rental market - especially if you're relocating from abroad!

GoogleAvoid at all cost! Perfect example of how one employee ruins the reputation of a firm. We dealt with Dona and before she left for maternity leave forgot to extend out contract so we were left homeless. We made a mistake of choosing to stay with KFH when we moved to Muswell , same thing , awful estate agents, who provide no service and just want their commission.
