GoogleI’ve dealt with many estate agents over the years, but KFH is truly in a league of their own. From the initial valuation to the final exchange, the entire process was handled with a level of professionalism and care that is rare to find.
KFH have a fantastic handle on the local market. They provided honest, expert advice at every turn and managed to secure an offer that exceeded my expectations within weeks of hitting the market. Selling a house is notoriously stressful, but they took the 'sting' out of the process by being incredibly proactive and transparent.
What really stood out was the communication; I was never left wondering what was happening. Even when hurdles arose, KFH handled negotiations with total expertise and kept the momentum going right until the end. It’s rare to find an agent who balances such high-level results with a genuinely personal touch.

But I needed to mention this about a gentleman called Haydar from KFH Estate Agent, Finchley branch who was so committed to finding my family and I a rented accommodation. He was extremely dedicated. The fact that he did find two beautiful properties to rent. We decided that the location wouldn't be suitable due the proximity of where our son's school is. Nevertheless, He was so determined. Although in the end, we ended up renting through another estate agent in the area we required. Haydar even called to check if everything was ok with the decision we made and to offer his services if/when required in the future! Now that's what you call "Customer Service" at its best!
