GoogleMy experience with selling my flat through KFH has been a very good one.Firstly a buyer was found in good time and the after care service that i received from Rebecca was excellent and it was only her hard work and tenacity that we got the sale through over coming many difficulties along the way and all the time she dealt with me in a very patient and professional way of which i am most grateful.Many thanks Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward.

GoogleAbsolutely delighted by the service of Rebecca Marsden from KFH. She is what a great looks like from an estate agent / advisor. She is prompt, courteous, not at all pushy, responsive. I have previously seen many estate agents where once its 5'0 clock they are not available ; they make you feel like you are at their mercy and you need them. Rebecca is exactly the opposite - she is always there to help you (doesn't matter if you are buying or selling), she will advise wherever required, she is kind - pragmatic, understands both selling and buying parties incentives. Her human skills makes her a stand out! I wish her all the best and thank for everything she has done to ensure that the transaction goes through.

GoogleI had a very disappointing experience with KFH. I rented a property through them, and unfortunately, the service was extremely unprofessional. A staff member named Bobbie provided false information and made misleading promises just to secure the agreement. After moving in, I discovered that the property had a fully blocked drainage system, which took one month to repair. Now, the heating system has been turned off by the landlord, even though the weather is still very cold and summer has not yet begun. The landlord later claimed that the heating would be turned off during the summer season, something that was never mentioned prior to signing the contract. These are basic living necessities, and such details should have been clearly communicated in advance. I would like to bring this to the attention of KFH management. I have no personal issue with the company as a whole, but dishonest and unprofessional behavior from staff can seriously damage the firm's reputation. Management should take strict action against individuals who mislead clients and cause unnecessary stress. I live with my family, including my 8-year-old child, who has been crying at night because of the cold. Do you think it is fair to deceive customers and focus only on taking their money, while ignoring their well-being and basic needs?

Hollie worked with me on an issue with our current letting situation and on all occasions has been responsive and helpful. Through the process Hollie kept me informed and was always approachable (which is a big plus). If you're looking for an agent who will provide great customer service, clear communication, professionalism, and friendliness, then Hollie is the perfect choice.

GoogleKFH have been helpful with my search for a place to rent in Finchley. Hollie was very quick to respond and helpful with the search. In the end, I managed to get the place that I wanted in a short amount of time. Only thing that I found a little inconvenient throughout this whole process was the letting referencing through homelet who were asking for my savings statement when I felt that I had shown enough evidence to prove sufficient funds for rent.

I would highlight the professionalism, sense of ownership and clear communication from Hannah and the team. They immediately arranged potential buyers in their books and in less than a week we had several good offers on the table; from then, we had regular updates at least once a week. As we got close to exchange, Hannah went above and beyond to arrange a suitable completion date across the entire chain. GoogleI had an outstanding experience dealing with KFH Finchley Lettings. I struggled renting an apartment from October 2021 since l was just arriving in the country as an international student. I was undergoing a stressful moment in life due to this housing issue but all my stresses are now a story of the past following the outstanding service l received from these guys. I was mainly dealing with Holly and James. I want to thank and and recommend KFH Finchley. The process was very transparent, smooth and they made it a memorable one. GoogleKFH Finchley have been an absolute blessing from the go. Having previously tried (and failed) to sell and buy using online estate agents, the difference is simply spectacular. Hannah Willis in particular could not have been any more knowledgeable and any more helpful. She has almost literally moved mountains to support me with my many queries and she was always in the know about every single little step of a complex property transaction. Hannah was always extremely friendly and happy to chase whoever needed chasing and without her I do not think we would have been able to exchange and complete either on our sale or on our purchase. I hope I will not want to move house again in the near future, but if I ever do I will not even have to think about which estate agent to use, it's an absolute no brainer: KFH all the way!
