Me and my wife rented our first home together with KFH. Sid Rawal, who handled everything from viewings to paperwork, made this experience (otherwise so daunting and complicated) such a pleasant and simple procedure. He dedicated himself in understanding what we were looking for as a newly married couple and ensured that our time was not wasted with the viewings he arranged for us. Once we were happy with a particular option, he got us an offer then he went even further and helped bring the price down and negotiated the inclusion of the water bill! I don’t think we would have been taken care of quite as well anywhere else than with Sid. Furthermore, the entire process from referencing to letting agreements were done seamlessly and without delays. We were kept informed at every step of the way and nothing was made too difficult for us - again Sid ensured we were taken care of at every step of the process. A huge thank you to him and the rest of the KFH team!

Hannah Willis and Dinesh Mirchandani have been invaluable in terms of their help selling my property. Hannah is intelligent, helpful, personable and has always given me feedback straight after my viewings. She’s worked very hard to sell my property twice (as the first time it fell through). She has given me constant reassurance, gone above and beyond to call potential buyers instead of solely relying on advertising and has an informative non salesy approach, as opposed to ALL of the other estate agents that I’ve dealt with in Finchley. They were fair on their selling fees, listened to what I wanted, had integrity and were honest. I’d definitely use them again when buying or selling a property. Thanks for everything guys.
