GoogleMy experience with the team, namely Hannah and Stuart was first class. I tried four potential agents at the start of the process and KFH were the only agents who understood the true value of the house and who had a clear strategy how to market it from day one. As a landlord its pretty stressful with the prospect of no rent coming in, the team were very good at negotiating the right date to ensure there is minimal time the flat is empty. Thanks. I've been using KFH in Finchley for the past 5-6 years with very good experience.

As first time buyers, the properest of buying can seem daunting and confusing and Dan ensured throughout the process he explained everything thoroughly and with patience. We looked at over 50 properties in North London and Dan came up with the best selection of properties based on what we were looking for out of all the agencies and he came up with an absolute amazing place for our first ever home. GoogleI had an excellent experience dealing with the KFH Finchley team. On the sales side, Jordan has been absolutely fantastic. From beginning to end he acted promptly, professionally and very friendly. On the mortgage side, Birjoo. Without his help I would not be able to buy the property and I do mean it ! He managed to get the best mortgage deals on a very complex mortgage application and he made it simple and fairly stress free. Thank you!

GoogleI recently moved to a new apartment and as we all know the bureaucratic process is not the favourite part. However, all went smoothly and everything were arranged on time and as promised. GoogleI can't recommend the team at Finchley KFH highly enough. The sale of my flat and purchase of the new home was far from uncomplicated and timed during the hight of lockdown. I was convinced the sale and purchase wouldn't go through. However Stuart reassured me throughout the process and ensured this didn't happen. Im convince3d the chain wouldn't have completed if it wasn't for Stuart and the team pushing things along.

GoogleHollie is a great estate agent, although the deal didn’t ended up being with KFH, she was one of few if not the only agent throughout various agencies, that actually checked in with me, and not only interested in making a deal, but making sure I was happy about it, definitely will contact again when needed

We had great service from Luke, Hannah and the team as both buyers and sellers. We had good feedback on viewings and were kept up to date at all parts of the process. The whole process from beginning to end was as smooth as we could have hoped for.
