GoogleHouse hunting for rent or purchase in London can be challenging, especially in current circumstances. I can say that KFH has been very helpful and accommodating with any of our queries or requests, especially Hollie. All communication was prompt, done digitally or met with a smile from KFH staff.

GoogleThank you so much to Mark and Jordan at the North Finchley branch for their excellent handling of the sale of our property. They were so helpful from beginning to end, we sold very quickly and efficiently, and were always kept well informed. If we rang, we always got straight through and were greeted with courtesy, never had to wait to speak to somebody. Would highly recommend.

GoogleTerrible service. My mum arranged a flat viewing in Finchley yesterday and no one arrived. She waited in the rain for over 30 minutes. The agent who was supposed to show her around didn’t bother to call her on her mobile to let her know the viewing had been cancelled. When she phoned the office to find out what had happened she found them very arrogant and unsympathetic with no apology. She was told that the flat was no longer on the market.

GoogleAndrei was an excellent agent, and we feel that we couldn’t had anyone better to help us. Highly recommend the company also, since everything was done quickly and efficiently. We had a risky deadline to move right on top of Christmas season and that wasn’t a problem at all. Available at all times and very helpful regarding our needs. Thank you Andrei and KFH.

GoogleWorst letting agent ever. They forgot to tell the landlord we wanted the flat unfurnished. 3 days before we were due to move, they said we should look for another flat. I had to escalate to their manager, who it turns out, was trying to hide the mistake they made to the landlord and their HQ. It took 2 days to solve the issue. They promised the landlord was very good, which was not the case. He left us with damp issues for 3 months. We broke the contract after 3 months and moved out. They were equally negligent and difficult to deal with when we left. We are now over 6 weeks after the exit inventory and are still chasing for it. They lied to us repeatedly throughout the whole process. I would stay far away.

GoogleNot happy at all. First of all they didn't care when we moved in if the flat was clean and tidy. We spent three days cleaning!. Before moving in, they include a clause in the contract to pay in advance for everything, deposit, fees, inventory, but nothing when you leave. The deposit repaiment takes between 2 and five days when you leave....we asked to get it asap...and they answer like you need to read the contract...so anpolite.. They show the flat without advising previously the day they're getting in. And take pictures of private things that don't belong to the flat. And the last is they charge you for references...

GoogleI had the pleasure of dealing with Mr. Haydar Shubbar. Great guy with a fantastic attitude and a high level of professionalism. As a Swede making the move to the UK, I was initially worried that renting a property would be a hassle. I came into this situation half-expecting something to go wrong at every step (fellow immigrants will understand). It was such a pleasant experience to deal with people and institutions that were service-oriented and knowledgeable. This was crucial for me because I didn't know much about renting in the UK. A big thanks to Mr. Shubbar and the agency!
