GoogleVery pleased with my experience using KFH Tooting for the sale of our flat. Have dealt with various agents in past, and they were definitely amongst the best. They offerd very good market / property knowledge, set realistic price expectations, and secured a buyer very quickly. Chloe has been brilliant throughout the selling process, always in the loop, and very pleasant and straight forward to deal with.

GoogleWe mostly dealt with Daniel, who couldn't have been more helpful. He talked us through the buying process, as first time buyers, and he really listened to our requests and house spec to help us find our lovely new home. He never rushed us and always made a huge effort to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend him and would use KFH again.

The process was super fast and easy, I don't remember ever having such a positive experience with an agency! GoogleI would highly recommend this office, and particularly Dylan who handled our purchase. He was fantastic- helpful, professional, knowledgeable and always absolutely charming. We were under pressure to complete quickly on the property and Dylan made this happen, nothing was ever too much trouble. GoogleI can't fathom the high score on Google based on my own experience and that of the residents of the block of flats they look after in Tooting. An absurdly pathetic ability to deal with any issues, which when raised with the appropriate staff are regularly ignored completely. They'd make the cartoon capitalist man from the game Monopoly blush with their ability to charge large amounts of £'s for the most simple of tasks. Glad we don't use them anymore. Stress levels down, £ levels up. To be fair, there are pretty much no good letting agents out there in the UK, but KFH have definitely done their best to be the benchmark of useless rip-off merchants that other letting agents can aspire to. Admirable.

GoogleThey found a few properties for us to look at and one we loved and ended up going for, so we started renting from them about a month ago. Professional service, although pretty formal and impersonal (personally I preferred my previous letting agency which was super warm and much friendlier) but I guess that's personal taste. They did also ask several times for me to leave a review, and as I've only just rented from them a month ago I wouldn't have normally left one yet as I can't comment on what they're like if something goes wrong, or inspections, renewals, or what checkout is like... fingers crossed. Giving 3 stars because I really don't like the way they pressured me to leave a review! Also worth bearing in mind that the reviews on here have all come from people who have been pressured to leave a review even though they've only just started using them so will be pretty skewed.

GoogleHaving told KFH about my mould problem a month ago, I have recieved only one inspection to simply look at the problem. I have asked for, but recieved no guarantee of compensation for the impact on various pieces of my property and my health. I have had to take days off work and a large amount of my clothes were damaged by mould, the first picture is the back of my wardrobe. The problem was made worse as they had screwed the wardrobe to the wall, preventing any ventilation. Should this problem persist much longer I shall be contacting the local health authority as this is simply unacceptable.

GoogleKFH Tooting branch helped make my first purchase of the house, and I was quite pleased with their service. We had a lot of delays due to chains, and Silas (from KFH) kept me informed at all times. He would answer the phone whenever I called and made sure all my questions were answered. Found the whole house buying process simplified thanks to their team who guided me.

Googlekfh recently leased my property and the letting team were just fabulous. Nathalie found a tenant within hours of Ashley taking the listing and kept me informed of what was happening. She was really positive, professional and a pleasure to deal with. Kayleigh and the team followed up promptly with the references and the completion of the contract. The whole process went perfectly.
