GoogleI have had awful experiences with estate agents in London as a tenant but I was genuinely impressed with KFH. The level of service was exceptionally high with prompt turn around times on all documents and any issues resolved very quickly. Fatma, who handled our agreement, was excellent. She genuinely cared, wanted to get things sorted and was always highly professional in her work. I can honestly say this is the first truly positive experience I’ve had with an estate agent. Thank you for all your hard work in helping us secure such a fantastic home!

GoogleMoved into a property yesterday and completely aghast at both the level of after care and the communication displayed. Three people on the tenancy yet we still don’t have three sets of keys. Shelves are hanging off the walls and all works “promised” before moving in have not been carried out. We currently have works “promised” 15 days after our move in date and we have parts of the property unmaintained and filled with far too much detritus for an unfurnished property. The worst part is that KFH are too busy trying to ascertain blame between James (Lettings), Natasha (management), the landlord, and the previous tenants that they are forgetting that three people are currently trying to live in the property. All calls to our assigned lettings and management agents have not been returned, any calls we have made have been met with apologies that they are currently away or on viewings to try and attain more clients they are clearly unable to accommodate. Either we’ve been assigned the most ineffective pair of agents or KFH are unaware that, although they are selling and letting houses, they are also selling and letting homes for people to live in. Pictures attached for reference of shelving, mould and an “unfurnished” flat.

GoogleOur experience with KFH Crouch End, and specifically with Alison was great and straightforward, which is exactly what one needs when moving houses, it took a lot of weight off our shoulders.

GoogleHave just sold our family home of 30 years and bought another through KFH. We had a very good experience with both their Highgate and Crouch End offices, staff were professional, knowledgeable and responsive, with a special mention for Jayden in the KFH Crouch End office who listened to our needs and preferences and only ever suggested we view houses which were a good fit for us, Jayden also was marvellous at keeping us informed at every stage and reducing any stress. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI popped into KFH on Saturday just gone and was pleasantly surprised and impressed on the service, the two female members of staff were very warm and welcoming, I was greeted by admin and then spent some time with the manager Nicole. Who's couldn't have been more clear and transparent which was unexpected. I wasn't quite sure what to expect as this is the first time I was searching. The property I went to view was exactly how it looked on the pics. I was so impressed but still went to view with other agents but couldn't get the property out of my head and felt like I would be more comfortable with KFH looking after my needs. I have put an offer in and am now going through the process of checks. Hopefully this will be the start of great things, thank you KFH

GoogleThe sale of a house is always something daunting and stressful. The Crouch End team made us sail effortlessly through it. They were professional, reliable, competent, always there to get the best for us, and ready to listen to our worries with great patience. When our first sale fell through, Barrington Dutton, the sales manager - or as I called him, The Boss - promptly found us another buyer and Robert Hamlyn, who was in charge of our sale, made sure negotiations run smoothly without ever losing his perfect aplomb and making us appreciate his professionalism. We got to know the whole team pretty well and all of them, Andy, Jayden, David, at some point or another helped us. We are very grateful to them all and will recommend the Crouch End team to all our friends. They are simply the Best.

GoogleI sold my house through KFH recently and I'm glad I did! To say they were professional is an understatement. From start to finish they were superb. KFH had a stream of people viewing from the start, and I received several offers throughout the process. At every point the team were confident they could find me a buyer quickly for the price I was looking for. I dealt mostly with Jayden and Robert, who were just brilliant. A pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.

GoogleI both sold and bought through KFH Crouch End recently. During the search for a property I had dealt with several estate agents in the area and had been impressed with KFH, finding them more professional than most. After appointing them to sell my flat they did not disappoint, being honest, trustworthy and pleasant to deal with, and staying in touch throughout. Thanks to all the team there but especially to Andy and Jayden for their attention and help throughout the process.

GoogleRenting a home these days seems quite a complex process with lots of admin, and moving a family can come with its own stresses on top of that! However James Hillier at KFH in Crouch End helped our process go smoothly from start to finish. From our first contact, to viewing, signing and everything in between, he was very personable and knowledgeable, and a steady yet unobtrusive presence, which made all the difference, and we would definitely recommend. GoogleKFH, and David in particular, have been great throughout our house purchasing process. We were very specific in our requirements and David took the time to make sure he understood them and didn't suggest properties that were not suitable. We saw a few different properties and in the end David showed us a property that was yet to hit the market. Since making an offer he has stayed in touch throughout, making sure things were moving forward, and we get the keys tomorrow!

Overall, they gave a really good service and worked hard to ensure the sale went through as quickly as possible, despite delays higher up the chain. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions and Robert Hamlyn, in particular, was excellent at helping us understand the process, keep us up to date and generally kept things moving!
