GoogleBooked a valuation and then recieved a call 20 minutes before it was meant to take place to say ‘something has come up’. They obviously wanted to leave for home early! Completely useless and waste of time estate agent. Will not use them for the sale of my place now!

GoogleWhilst KFH at first were as good as anyother agency. We have changed a tenant so needed the lease changed with a name on the lease. This process was started in september 2019, the first person that wanted to move in actually told us they didn't want to as it took so long to sort lease they weren't confident in KFH delivering the lease. The second one has moved in and today in January 4 months later we still haven't got to a point where we are all happy with the lease/ it is correct. Would not rent with them again

GoogleDavid worked with us for months (and months...) trying to find us the perfect flat and didn't once give up even if we were being picky. We knew we could always be completely honest with our feedback and knew he'd only show us properties that were worth it. We saw a lot of flats and the best always came from KFH. He really knew what we were looking for and after all the effort he put in we were very happy to buy one that David showed us. We both really valued his honesty and patience, and felt like we were in the best hands.

I chose them from a group of four or five prospective estate agents and didn't regret it - they gave me a personal service and the most competitive rates. My agent, David, was extremely quick to respond to emails and proactive when it came to giving me information, which helped to make a stressful process a lot more bearable. GoogleI had a very positive experience with KFH as a first time buyer. My agent Tony M. was very responsive and understood very quickly what I was looking for. He presented me options I wasn't even considering at first and he was really spot on! Once my offer was accepted the process was very smooth. Tony let me access the house and helped me take some measurement for my future decoration! Very human contact and I wish every first time buyer would share the same experience!

GoogleI was working with Abdi Ibrahim, who is an incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgable and caring person - I.e. he really does want you to end up with a good property and goes above and beyond to make sure you meet your set goals. He helped me to get my property despite of a high interest in it, ensured a quick turnaround of documentation processing, and relayed all of my requests to the landlord very efficiently. He followed up regularly and answered all my questions very quickly. I highly recommend working with Abdi and the agency in general. Thank you!!
