GoogleI've been very impressed with KFH . They were recommended to me by a pal when I was looking for an honest, reliable letting agents to find tenants and manage my property. The team are professional and have plenty of knowledge in the market. I felt very assured after speaking with Nicole. My property was advertised the same day the pictures had been taken. Within three days Jack had found me a tenant. The vetting and checks they carried out appear thorough and all paperwork and contracts are clear and arrive promptly arranged by Khadijah. GoogleSelling a property is never straight forward and there were a few issues along the way, however, KFH Crouch End were excellent and helped smoothed the way to completion. I would not hesitate to recommend, especially David and Barrington.

GoogleWe had a really good experience renting a flat through KFH Khadijah and Nicole did a great job guiding us through the process and Jack helped us secure the flat within a couple of days, stress free! He was super responsive and informative, which we really appreciated and it felt like he had our best interest in mind! Jack helped me find my perfect flat after I had been searching for quite some time. From understanding what I was looking for through to facilitating a seamless process - I couldn't of asked for anything more from him. He was always easy to reach, communicated openly and made this process straightforward. In addition to that, he's just a down to earth person who was a pleasure to deal with in general. I can't recommend him highly enough for anyone looking to rent a property! Me and my partner were searching for a flat to rent and were lucky to come across Jack, who was very professional, friendly, and helpful, and we were very satisfied with the services!

GoogleI would unreservedly recommend KFH as the finest estate agents in crouch end! We have bought properties from them twice. The fantastic four, Robert, David, Rueben and Barrington are all real life action heroes.... Our sale and purchase was complex for a variety of reasons ,not least Covid...all four agents of KFH sailed through the upsets & timing complexities with ease. They found us the house of our dreams before it even hit the market and managed to sell our maisonette without a garden in the middle of a global pandemic. GoogleRobert helped us buy our first home during the pandemic and one thing I liked the most was that I never once had to chase him or wait for any time at all to receive a call back. We had been through a number of house heartaches before securing this one and Robert gave me a little lift and assured me that our place was out there and worth searching for. I feel like he was working hard for us and helped guide us through the various processes. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the N8 area. We hope to work with him again in the years to come. We also used the KFH solicitor service. It was nice to have a trusted solicitor who was chosen for us based on current work load. GoogleWe used KFH in the summer to find our first flat together and were introduced to Abdi he was very friendly and professional (never pressured us to feel like we need to make make a decision yesterday), He did a great job respecting COVID-19 rules and ensured our viewing was as safe as can be. When we asked questions we had answers very quickly and were not left waiting at all. I will also say, the first agent I've ever met who showed up bang on time to our viewing, a rarity with some agents around London. GoogleBrilliant, efficient and friendly service. We had spent some time looking for somewhere to rent in the area and were getting a bit jaded. However we were immediately impressed by the pleasant, straightforward attitude of the young gent who showed us around. He was courteous and answered our questions plainly and we appreciated it. Fatma Kemal oversaw our tenancy agreement and was very friendly and efficient, chasing up any missing documentation without delay so that we were able to move in without delay. Brilliant service, would gladly use again.

GoogleHaving worked with many lettings agents over many years, am happy to say that Abdi Ibrahim - lettings branch director at KFH Crouch End - is in a different league. Fantastic attention to detail on all aspects of the KFH tenant leaving and his new tenant coming in. Dealing with cleaners, inventories and tenants throughout in a highly professional manner and never forgetting who the client is. Highly recommended.

Excellent response rates - always very quick to reply to emails, phone calls and to liase with the landlord. All round very nice and helpful.
