GoogleDon’t do it! Very disappointing and unprofessional. Impossible to make contact and communication was sorely lacking. Quick to issue the invoice but never to respond to other emails. Failed to follow up to ensure maintenance issues were addressed despite my repeated asking for photos to demonstrate the works had been done! Constant turnover of staff - seemed every month was a new agent just as unable to provide the most basic of services as the last.

GoogleSo pleased we decided to go with KFH when it came to selling our home! David (Davoli) was fantastic from the outset, and showed more enthusiasm than all of the competitor agents we considered. Following a very quick sale (it sold 'off-market' in about 10 days!), he was on hand throughout the process and helped ensure things moved in the right direction both quickly and smoothly. Professional, knowledgable and friendly. We had no issues whatsover through to completion, and were pleasantly surprised with just how easy everything was. Already recommended him and KFH to our neighbours :)

Now at the exchanged contract stage lined up with our purchase for completion 1 July 2022.The prime driver of activity is Robert Hamlyn. Well done. Barrington I think through Robert’s urgency reset the sale when a buyer dropped out, and Robert quickly set viewings in motion aided by others. Andrea Stephanou I remember. Best decision ever, we’ve been welcomed by Abdi who listened to our needs and followed the whole process and we found the right house after some viewings. My partner and I spent months unsuccessfully searching for a place to live and our agent, Fatma Kemal, is absolutely to thank for us finally being settled in our new home. Not only did she support us through the application and bidding process, but she also walked us through finalizing the lease agreement.
