GoogleWe recently sold our house with Kinleigh, Folkard & Hayward in Crouch End and the service provided was excellent. The team took great care to adhere to our requests when viewings were taking place with buyers, and we have never dealt with agents before that were so proactive in providing us with feedback from the viewings. The feedback was very helpful and helped us agree on an offer after just a couple of weeks. We would definitely recommend to anyone.

GoogleA very professional and well organised agency. Robert Hamlyn ensured he kept in touch throughout the negotiation and selling process regularly phoning and updating me . He always communicated clearly and well and worked to ensure the sale went ahead making phone call and chasing agents where appropriate. Prior to the sale he discussed selling options and strategies and ensured the property was well priced. I would use them again. Thank you

GoogleProfessional and excellent personal service throughout the whole difficult process from all the agents at KFH whom I dealt with over 8 months. They were realistic, attentive. reliable and extremely adept at handling communications with the other parties involved, their agents and the lawyers. They always went above and beyond what I expected and were supportive and reasurring in such a difficult market. In the end I got the deal I wanted thanks to KFH.

GoogleMy partner and I recently got in touch with KFH to help us with our flat hunt - very pleased we did. Our letting agent, Abdi, grasped what we wanted immediately - so we weren’t shown round an exhaustive catalogue of unsuitable properties, like some others we dealt with - and we never felt pushed into making decisions. Ended up with somewhere better than we could have hoped for. Would highly recommend their services.
