Will from Balham helped me rent out my first property and I have subsequently used KFH across London as my portfolio has grown. I would recommend KFH as agent of choice for any landlords within London. I have used other agents and their service has never matched the consistent and professional approach KFH offer.

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through KFH Balham and have been impressed with the service received. They were able to get buyers through our flat and quickly had a good offer on the table, in fairly unfavourable market conditions. Poppy then worked hard to ensure issues were resolved quickly and communications were clear. Nothing was too much trouble and this was very much appreciated. We'd recommend KFH and would use them again.
