GoogleDespite not finding a place through KFH, Abs on the letting team was brilliant in assisting us on our search to find a place. Both professional and down-to-earth, he listened to our requests and made our many viewings with him enjoyable. Estate agents aren’t always to everyone’s taste but individuals like Abs can make the process much more pleasant.

GoogleWe just completed on our property this week using KFH Balham, who were fantastic. Our agent Ed was very accommodating in helping us schedule viewings around work for the month we were looking, and he really pushed the contract exchange through for us making it as fast as possible for us to get into our new home.

GoogleConsistently don't answer the phone and will not give you the mobile number of the agent. Do not return calls or appear to manage the buyer. They over-valued the property to get our business then spent the entire sale suggesting we accept lower offers (that were 'very competitive'). Generally a poor experience - go for someone else.

GoogleHad a really pleasant experience dealing with Abs at the Balham branch. Seemed a very genuine guy, took the time to listen to what I was after, and was actually enthusiastic about his job in helping me find a flat. On the basis of my recent experience, KFH would be on my radar for future flat hunts.
