GoogleHad a great experience with Amaan at KFH. He was so helpful and efficient and only sent over properties that suited our criteria and he knew we would love. During all the viewings he had all the answers to our questions. We’re very excited to move into our new flat! Thank you so Amaan!

GoogleBen Watts recently helped me find a flat within the Balham area and I can’t recommend him and KFH enough! He listened to my criteria, matched us to the perfect property, got us out to view it the next day and then had it agreed with the landlord the following day. If you’re looking for a property to rent in Balham then KFH and Ben can definitely assist!

GoogleWe recently bought and sold through KFH Balham and have been impressed with the service received. They were able to get buyers through our flat and quickly had a good offer on the table, in fairly unfavourable market conditions. Poppy then worked hard to ensure issues were resolved quickly and communications were clear. Nothing was too much trouble and this was very much appreciated. We'd recommend KFH and would use them again.

GoogleI recently used KFH to sell my flat in Balham, the experience was very good and would recommend them for anyone anyone in a similar situation. A particular mention to Alice who was great, friendly, approachable, hard working and keep me regularly updated throughout the process until the successful sale of the property.

GoogleAlice did a great job helping us find a home. We were really happy with how she was able to understand our needs and find us the perfect place just as it came on the market and get us in first to see it. We're very happy with our new place and with our experience with Alice.

GoogleI have used KFH a lot over the last few years and always receive a great service. Will from Balham helped me rent out my first property and I have subsequently used KFH across London as my portfolio has grown. I would recommend KFH as agent of choice for any landlords within London. I have used other agents and their service has never matched the consistent and professional approach KFH offer.
