GoogleVery good overall experience using KFH for our sale. Would definitely recommend. Good value for money. Good advert for estate agents, as opposed to some of their competitors! At valuation Rita was clear and realistic in her assessment and presented it matter of factly, rather than trying to sell us an unrealistic dream as we experienced elsewhere. Also did not make exaggerated claims about the firms client list or sales prowess, which was refreshing. Sold in line with estimation and market expectation. Ayoube managed our viewings and sale once under offer. He was very honest around feedback from viewings and managed to find us a buyer with a good time frame. Once sale was agreed was proactive in communication and generally supported the transaction well, other than a couple of points of detail and clarity in messaging with the buyers.

Michael was extremely helpful throughout the process and didn't allow the fact that one sale fell through to discourage him or me. He was very clear with his pricing recommendations and clearly showed that he understood the local market.

GoogleGreat service from Rita and team on the sales side. Barrington got one buyer lined up, and whilst that then fell through, Michael on hand to find a second buyer. Whilst this took time (No fault of KFH) the team held the hand of the buyer despite the market weakening and got the sale over the line in a very professional and helpful manner. So glad I went with KFH. Well done guys.

GoogleWe just completed the sale of our lovely flat in Clapham through the Northcote Road office of KFH. Daisy Hill and Max Turner from KFH worked with us on this and were both excellent. The deal was agreed within a week of putting it up for sale, the buyers were exactly the kind we were looking for and the support provided by Daisy and Max from the day we agreed the price to the day of completion was fantastic. Daisy was always proactive, positive, clear on the details of the process and able to handle the inevitable hiccups that come up in any such sale. My wife and I would recommend both Daisy and Max to anyone who wants to buy or sell in that area! One last thought - before we sold the flat, we had rented it our for the past 10 years - again through KFH. We worked with a number of people on the rental side who were all excellent. The last few years were with Ms. Kira Sapiets in KFH who I would strongly recommend if you are looking to rent out your property.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleI came to KFH Lettings in Battersea branch this July, the manager Kira Sapiets is very professional and always polite, she is keen to help in many ways . Kira is the best manager! Her colleague Mr. Keelan Forbes is also helpful, he even works on Sunday, he always replies to your questions even in the evening after 7pm. And Keelan did extra helpful work with smiles on his face. And also Lucy Holland, Rumz Habib, Lucy Maynard are keen to help as well! No wonder KFH is one of the top Lettings agencies in the current market, as they have got so many clever, smart, helpful staff to assist you! I will certainly recommend KFH service to my friends in the future.

GoogleMade the process or trying to find a place to in London a lot more straightforward that I thought it might be. Konrad was with us every step of the way to make sure we were on it from the get go which we greatly appreciated. Also just generally super responsive and super clear in their communication which is nice.

GoogleNever ended up renting with them, but had a viewing recently and was genuinely impressed with the service. We spoke with Keelan and he has been really helpful, from answering all the questions we had about the property to giving us details about the neighbourhood and links to city centre. While other letting agents were trying to either arrange a viewing or to get us to put an offer, I really appreciated the professionalism and willigness to help. The only reason why we didn't decide to go with them was because we weren't too keen on the area, but would 100% recommend the agency if Battersea is your thing.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleKayleigh has been amazing! It has been fantastic working with her. Very professional and accommodating to my needs since I was available only Saturdays afternoon. She sent a video of the property and was very clear on what was included and what wasn’t. The process went very smoothly. The only downside was that coming from Plymouth one weekend I had to do 8h on the car to London and back just to show my passport in person. GoogleJust sold my flat through KFH Northcote Road who i also bought from and I would like to say a big thank you. The flat sale went through very quickly in just over 3 Months. They were amazing in arranging all the viewings that took place and gave me constant feedback. They made the transaction as easy as possible and really went the extra mile. From initial conversations with Max on how we should position and market our property to the viewings of our home which we’re always arranged with consideration. The feedback after each viewing was always frank and honest, something we were both extremely grateful for. Our greatest thanks though goes to our principle agent; Daisy Hill. Daisy has been an utter pleasure to work with, always straight talking, confident and when needed was there to ‘hold our hands’ when we had the inevitable occasional wobble! GoogleI was introduced to Kevin Hurley, a mortgage broker at KFH, back in 2019 as I started my hunt for our dream home. Ultimately, it took me almost 18 months to find the right place for our family and throughout our journey we always kept in touch. He has helped me to navigate through the challenges posed by Covid and ultimately to secure the most suitable mortgage product for us. As we faced a "hickup" with the bank, Kevin was extremly dedicated to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible. I highly reccocmmend him.

They're very professional and accommodating, but above all, they're more personable and human than most of the agencies I've dealt with. It can make the stressful process of buying property much easier and less frustrating when there's someone supportive and cordial by your side.
