GoogleI purchased a flat via KFH, with Louis as my agent. Louis was receptive and helpful throughout, and continued to assist with various matters after the purchase. KFH were also helpful in recommending a solicitor and mortgage advisor, both of which also performed well.

GoogleWhere to begin, as a foreigner understanding the UK rental market has been a nightmare, after scheduling viewings for over 2 months, we have finally found our home, this in large part was due to Kinleigh Folkard, I want to especially mention Francesca, she was incredibly flexible with my schedule as a fulltime worker, she went above and beyond to advocate for us, on offers even though we had a pet, you’ve made the rental experience that much easier from someone who is unfamiliar with it. Although we ended up going with another listing from their sister Kinleigh agency in a different area, I desperately wanted to show our appreciation for this agent! And a big thank you to Kinleigh!

GoogleMassive shout out to Frankie :) When things were getting hugely stressful for us, as we were looking for a 2 bed flat in Battersea for my 2 daughters, Frankie showed them a lovely flat and managed to secure the tenancy for us, for 36 months.
