GoogleI recently found a property to rent in Clapham Junction, and I only have positive things to say about my experience with KFH. As everyone knows, the rental market in London is hectic right now, and thankfully Rukshana really helped to mitigate a lot of the common issues. She was incredibly responsive, kind and helpful. In particular, she gave great advice on crafting a strong application and also really helped to guide us through the references & contract signing stages (all while answering my constant questions). Great agency!

GoogleAwful service, the reason estate agents get a bad name - Rukshana lied to us about our offer throughout the process and signed us up for 3 years even though we put forward 2 years, which we only found out when it came to signing the tenancy so had no choice - just so she could get paid more. Our basic list of conditions were ignored, no professional clean, our front door lock was jammed so the door didn't even close and a large crack in our front window - when we spoke to Carl (the director) about these issues he didn't do anything but pass us the landlords details to deal with it ourselves. Never heard from them again - they got paid with minimal effort and washed their hands of us.

He was highly knowledgeable about the apartment, and most importantly even pointed out flaws in the apartment and told us what he'd recommend we should make a requisite to get fixed should we place an offer. Not many real estate agents do this- so we were very grateful for his help and honesty here!
After our offer was accepted, Rumz has been since helping us sort everything in advance of moving in- which has helped take a lot of stress out of what otherwise can be a very stressful time.
Overall we have had a smooth rental process with KFH :)

GoogleMy husband and I recently sold our flat with KFH Battersea and unfortunately it was not the experience we had hoped for. We sold our previous flat with KFH and did not have any issues but this time we felt they did not represent us (as sellers and the ones paying their commission). During the process, it felt like they had the buyers interests at heart (they bought them to the table), did not call out unprofessional or inappropriate behaviour (such as the buyers solicitors contacting our freeholder directly) and they did not inform us our lead agent was to be leaving at a crunch part of the transaction for maternity leave. It was poorly managed, and as a recently postpartum mother in a client facing role myself, I would never handle my leave in this way. Often, we had nobody to counsel or take advice from at KFH and I had to turn up in person because they would not reliably take calls. We also offered this feedback to them via email once the transaction had completed, so this review purely reflects what they have already heard. We would not use them in the future.

GoogleWe love lucy! We were losing hope in finding anywhere during a housing crisis, but Lucy went above and beyond for us. We had previously rented a large 2 bed property for 12 years and everything we had seen was tiny and grotty for twice the price we were used to paying. Lucy somehow found us a place, let us view it first and then proceeded to go above and beyond in supporting us through the complicated rental process (times have changed!). Her colleague Mr. Keelan Forbes is also helpful, he even works on Sunday, he always replies to your questions even in the evening after 7pm. And Keelan did extra helpful work with smiles on his face.

GoogleWe have just moved into a beautiful apartment which we would never imagine we would own and we are so grateful to Daisy for suggesting that we should go and see it in the first place. As soon as we walked in, we just knew that there was no need to look at anything else. Daisy then took time out on her day off to allow us to return for a second viewing with our children and to meet with us which was a lovely touch and made the purchase much more personable. The team at KFH were great to work with, in particular Rita and Daisy, and we would not hesitate to recommend them or to use their services in the future.
