GoogleHi there,
I had a great experience with KFH Team. The quality of their services and their professionalism in every aspect of their business was great. Though all staff members at Battersea were pleasant, I would like to make a particular mention of Ms Nanena who was consistently professional, polite and extremely knowledgable.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to rent a property in Battersea or surrounding areas.
It was a long experience since we wanted to stay at many different locations. However, with the help of Ms Nanena, she was able to keep us at ease and show us the best places available for our criteria. Without a doubt she did not waste our time when viewing houses that we did not like and was friendly throughout. We was able to have the information we need and she guided us around and then left us to our thoughts for a while - which is what we needed and very useful.
I would definitely consider coming here again when moving and hope for the next stage to have a smooth and efficient transitioning.
Thank you once again Team KFH and Ms Nanena.
Kind regards,
Ms Abdulaahi

GoogleFantastic overall service, thanks to Daisy and Max. House buying quickly loses its sheen (especially after seeing 25+ properties), but Daisy was a cut above: friendly, sincere, reliable, efficient. She listened to what we were looking for, made sure we only viewed what met most of those requirements, and was refreshingly candid in her advice. And during the negotiation stage, Max was a pleasure to deal with - I think he got a good price for both vendor & buyer, while maintaining a sense of humour and coming across as someone who genuinely wanted to help. Definitely someone you'd go for a beer with. The rest of the KFH process was as you'd expect from a leading firm: easy, quick, professional. Thank you for restoring my faith in SW London estate/letting agents!

GoogleKonrad went above and beyond to assist us with our property search and was an absolute pleasure to deal with the whole time. He was very professional, courteous and helpful through the whole process. He provided plenty of detail for each property we looked at, such as photos, videos and listing. Thank you for your efforts.

GoogleKira Sapiets is by far the most enthusiastic, thorough and professional agent I have used in my many years in renting properties in London. She made the whole process effortless and stress free when I usually find it a hassle and complicated. She kept fully me updated and informed throughout the process and we secured a wonderful home through her and her team at the Northcote Road office which we are delighted with. A wonderful service by wonderful people. I would definitely use again.

GoogleMy partner and I completed on our property in January '19, and our agent from KFH (Northcote Road), Poppy, was brilliant through out the process.
Poppy was quickly able to grasp the type of property we were looking for and was happy to broaden her area scope, to ensure we found the perfect home. All of us knew on walking through the door of the eventual property we brought, that it was the one. Poppy's confidence was a mark of how well she understood our needs.
The offer and completion process ran smoothly, not without the odd hiccup here and there, which Poppy and the team at KFH were able to manage with minimum noise, keeping up the pace of the process.
Thanks again Poppy. You're a star!

GoogleThroughout the sales process, Lauren was fantastic; she kept a cool head and happy disposition despite the challenges (and challenging personalities...) that emerged on the journey to exchange and completion. It was a pleasure to work with Lauren - and the team of friendly, professional folk in the Battersea office with whom I worked in the time leading up to a successful offer (Max, Michael & Poppy all worked very hard to secure a buyer). Thanks for getting the job done and for meeting my very tight deadline; I never doubted the outcome for a minute! :-)

GoogleIt was always a pleasure receiving a call from Michael during our flat sale. He was clear, concise and very reassuring throughout the whole process. Together with Max and the rest of the team, Michael made sure what could have been a very stressful process was actually enjoyable and straightforward.
In addition, the team had as many viewings within the first two weeks as another agent had had in five months, so I was highly impressed with KFH. Thank you!!

GoogleWe have had the fortune to liase with Carl Homersham at KFH Battersea and his client service has been exemplary. Aside from always being professional and very personable, Carl is very thorough and considered in his advice. Carl gave us the utmost confidence in both himself and in the services of the wider KFH team. Whilst doing this, he avoided putting down the competition either which is something I really don't like to hear. He showed tenacity in keeping in touch with us until we were ready to put our house on the market. He was never pushy but always let us know he was there to hit the ground when running when required. He has excellent knowledge of the market and he uses facts and research to back it up which I appreciated. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a professional and pleasant experience, Carl won't let you down!

GoogleI highly recommend this KFH branch in Northcote road, and in special Jake Richards. We arrived carring a really big problem with us, we had just 9 days to find a flat and we could not find anything becuase our situation was not the best to move in anywhere. Jake was our letting negotiator and after explain him our problem he started to work straight away. Profesional, quick and very commited with us and his job what is great. He found a solution for us in a record time when we were rejected in other agencies. we are very grateful for the job he did!!

GoogleAmanda Plummer is by far THE best letting agent I have used. She was so on the ball and really listened to what we wanted. She managed to get us into a property which wasn't even on the market (she knew we would fall in love)..of course we did and manage to get the property we loved! - after looking for a few month... to be honest we were very picky! KFH's processes' were quick and Amanda was super efficient, keeping in contact with us right the way through..even sending us a good luck with our move message. Cannot thank you enough Amanda, thank you thank you thank you x

GoogleI would absolutely recommend KFH Northcote Road. They are a professional and friendly team and do their best to make sure they can help as much as possible. I moved back to the UK from overseas last year and had limited time to find a flat to rent in Battersea. Amanda and Kira were on hand with everything and helped to make the process easy as I was managing a lot of it from back in the US. If you are a tenant looking to rent in this branch's area I would check them out as am sure you'd have a positive experience.

GoogleWe had such a great experience with KFH during our house hunting - Theo Allport was absolutely brilliant with us from start to finish. He took great care in assisting us with our search, only showing us properties which met our criteria and always made himself available, no matter how small the query.
He is really personable and friendly in his demeanour and made the whole experience enjoyable which was completely contrary to what we expected.
I cannot recommend his professional and affable approach enough. Thank you!

GoogleThanks to Theo Allport and the team at KFH Northcote road for all their help with our search. Theo tirelessly helped us search well beyond our original search area and was able to help guide us through the buying process as first time buyers. We interacted with a lot of other agents and saw many properties before finding he right one, and Theo stood out in terms of his understanding of what we were looking for. Every property we saw with Theo was clearly well considered and Theo was able to accommodate viewings for us at times that worked for us. Thanks for all your help!

GoogleI had a great experience working with Amanda and Beth at the KFH Northcote Road office. Amanda was our letting agent and was very friendly and personable. She made us feel right at home during visits to the office. She helped us negotiate a very favourable deal on our flat and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Beth was extremely helpful during the back and forth of executing our deposits/tenancy agreement/etc. I spoke with her several times over the phone and she was more than happy to help. I would always recommend the Northcote office of KFH and would recommend Amanda and Beth in particular.

GoogleWe had a great experience with Matthew and Beth to secure our amazing rental property. We randomly called the office about a property and Matthew was super quick to respond and provide some really good options for what we were looking for. He knew exactly what we wanted and the first property we saw, we took (and he waited in the snow for us for half an hour!)! He was really helpful in securing everything for us and to make the paperwork as smooth as possible. Beth was the same and even helped us on a Saturday to ensure our offer went through to the landlord and that we could move quickly. We are all settled now and the process has been so smooth - we really appreciate it given our busy schedules and ensuring we are happy in our new home. Thanks again! Sarah and Maria

GoogleMichael Atiba-Davies was the sales negotiator that assisted in my property search. He is top notch. Not only is his turnaround time on requests excellent, but he listened carefully to my search criteria and crafted a series of ciewings (all on the same day as well) that appropriately spanned the scope of my search all hanging together with a golden thread and the last property bringing the viewings full circle and linking back to the first. Michael tgoughtfully put together tge viewings and showed me not only what the properties were, but also what they coyld be. Easily one of my very few top experience of a sales negotiator. He's a great credit to uis office. Well done!

GoogleAmanda from KFH - Northcote Road is the best Lettings Agent I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She was amiable, efficient, effective and never delayed in getting back to me. Amanda made me feel like a valued customer (which is rare, especially in lettings) and understood exactly what I wanted and brought my attention to a property which was perfect for me. I viewed that property once and snapped it up immediately. Beth also did an excellent job of processing the admin that followed. The team at Northcote Road are brilliant. Thank you!

GoogleI can't recommend Carl highly enough as a lettings agent. He worked very hard for me at every stage of the process of finding a new flat to rent: from walking in off the street to ask what was available, to showing me around several properties (not least since I was unavoidably a few minutes late for the first one), to guiding me through the process of making an offer, to having it accepted, and finally to moving in. Many thanks for all your help!

GoogleAmanda is a rare find in the letting agents' world. From the start we felt like she had our best interest at heart, she lined up as many properties as we could possibly see at a very short notice and made sure all our criteria was met. She was also available 24 hours a day to answer our incessant questions happily, even while at the hairdressers! Chloe was also extremely efficient and patient, making the process almost stress free. Thanks a million both! We love our new home.
